Hotel terbaik di Marseille

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

性價比很高的酒店，酒店在馬賽南邊普拉多大道，屬於馬賽比較安全的地方了（雖然晚上還是會有警笛聲），比市區和北邊區域還是要令人心安一點。 酒店設施還算ok，對於短途來馬賽旅遊，無論是去市區還是南邊蔚藍海岸徒步的人羣來説，可以考慮這一家酒店。

位置優越的公寓式酒店，接待人員非常好，可寄存行李。車站旁物有所值。最平房是梳乇床，冇電梯，不建議那些行樓梯有困難的人，和害怕晚上噪音的人（目前在對面的聖查爾斯車站 24 小時工作）。乾淨、明亮，毛巾數量充足，厨房浴室寬敞且設計精美，非常令人愉快的地方。

Chambre donnant sur route. Petit déjeuner mal achalandé et surtout non réapprovisionné au fur et à mesure.

我是下午一點多到的酒店，前台就把房間直接給我了（五樓的一間房間）。信用卡刷了100歐元的按金。我進去房間以後看到是一個牆上沒有窗户的房間（我預訂的是一張小床的房間），於是我就打電話給前台，想讓他給我換一個牆上帶窗的房間，而不是房頂帶窗的房間。他們的前台接待非常熱情，派了一個同事上來帶我去看了位於四樓的另外一個同類房間，雖然牆上有一個小窗户，但房間比較小，還不如五樓那個天窗房間，這我就決定選擇五樓那個帶天窗的房間。入住還是非常愉快的，一共見了五六個前台接待，每個人都非常的熱情，也許是因為我説法語的原因，他們有問必答。酒店的位置非常方便，離地鐵站Joliette的步行五分鐘,還有tramway, 酒店旁邊就有家樂福，monoprix和franprix。最後三張照片是酒店旁邊的一個吃漢堡的餐廳，離酒店走路一兩分鐘，一個人大概十七八歐的均價，非常好吃。從照片上可以看到酒店離notre dame le major 教堂非常近。酒店比較安靜，一個不錯的選擇。

Excellent très propre très professionnel

Hôtel bien placé avec vue sur le port mais mal insonorisé, on entend les bruits de la rue, des voisins de chambre et des canalisations,bon petit déjeuner classique à 13€.

L’accueil très agréable et la chambre est vraiment spacieuse. Très propre. Le plus c’est le mini bar a disposition qui gratuite.

I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+. Other than that, the hotel seemed good, soft and clean beds, spacious enough, powerful shower. Didn't seem noisy either.

Excelente hotel. Totalmente recordado. A pocos minutos en t1 o t2 del puerto viejo. Tiene pscina y gimnasio. Habitaciones amplias Y cabe destacar la buena recepción. Siempre resolvieron dudas y repsondieron a nuestras solicitudes con la mejor disposición 👏
