Simple hotel with Food nearby (walking distance). Breakfast was fantastic. There is also shuttle service to the airport which cost only $10AUD.

Ibis sydney airort is located within 10 mins drive to Sydney Domestic airport. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle bus to domestic airport which cost AUD 12 per person. No complaint for this 1 night stay.

My first stay with the property. Great stay and I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days in Mascot. 5m walk to Mascot town and public transport. plenty cafes, shops and post office. Spacious and clean room, comfy bed. Washing machine and dryer in the room is very useful for any traveller. There is a large fridge, microwave and oven if needed. All basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo, soap and laundry washing powder are complimentary. Property manager phone is available for after hours emergencies. Nothing is too much trouble for always friendly and courteous staff and the property manager Diana. Keep up the great efforts and providing real value for money service. Thank you for the memorable stay and sure to stay again. Please be gentle and kind with your feedback as the sector is going through the redemption process since the global pandemic. The positives are: located close to the airport and within easy walking distance from the train station. There are many eateries and a super market close by. A very spacious apartment with a generous parking space. Covered balcony space if you want to step outside without going down stairs. What I did not like: the apartment furnishing is very minimal and drab. I looks really old and not well maintained with marks on all the walls, chips in floor tiles, worn furniture. The apartment is not serviced, but there is a washer and drier so you can wash towels yourself. Cleanliness is questionable (dirty appliance knobs, mold in the shower, unwashed dishes in cupboard, very dirty windows), but cleaning products are provided so you can get stuck in yourself. The space also feels very unfinished with no towel rails, no toilette brush and minimal crockery provided, but the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. There is no dedicated work space and the wifi buffers with Netflix. The shared spaces like lifts, garbage room, lobby and parking garage is covered in notices outlining issues and threatening action - dumping of rubbish (which is rife in the parking basement), people using the garden space outside of designated times etc. Definitely read the confirmation emails and check-in instructions well and have those emails handy. There is zero human interaction in the entire process so do not expect face-to-face communication of any kind.

It's a great place to stay if you have an early morning flight and the interior of the hotel is funky, modern, spacious and colourful. The customer service from the hospitability staff can be better as the young male staff seemed more preoccupied with his tasks than providing great customer service. There needs to be vegan gluten free meals available as there were nothing for vegans except for plain pringles and Smith's originals. The toilet button should be positioned higher instead of closing down the toilet lid in order to find the flush button and the shower sewer needs to be more wider as the water was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. I booked a shuttle bus to domestic airport early in the morning for my flight and it would be great if this service was offered in the evening at Mascot station for those getting to the airport for an early morning flight with heavy luggages. Other than that, comfortable bed and bedroom and immersive reception and cafe area.

The hotel is very close to the airport, so if you will be flying early the next morning, this is a very convenient choice of hotel. Breakfast was great, and you could order food straight from the counter if you're hungry late night. There is also a communal area where people can eat or do your own work if needed. Some walking distance from the closest Moscot station, which I don't think is really a problem.

We decided to stay here because of our early flight to China the next morning and wanted as much sleep as possible. Check in and out is efficient, wifi good, didn't try the breakfast or the dinner, has a bar on the ground floor. Probably one of the most expensive hotel I've stated at how most convenient. International terminal only a 5 minute walk away. Most terminals in Australia have streamlined the carry on process no need to remove laptops. Rooms very quiet no fumes from the aircraft.

Overall experience is average. There is charge for shuttle to airport. There are only KFC and Mac next to it. Not for my type and there are other hotels in nearby which should be better

I have stayed at HISA about 3 times in the last 13 months, the night before an international early morning flight. I like evrything about this hotel. Reception staff are friendly, courteous, professional and efficient and it usually doesn't take too long to check in. It's a short walk from Mascot Railway Station, so you can catch a train direct to the hotel from anywhere in the Sydney area or connect from a regional service. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor were great. Prices reasonable and tasty, comfort food. Bed was great and there is a drop-off service to the domestic and reasonable airports at a very reasonable price, or you can walk back to the railway station and catch a train to domestic or international airport (one or 2 stops). I recommended this hotel to my brother on his recent trip, and he loved it, and I love it. i'll be back.
