Overall experience is average. There is charge for shuttle to airport. There are only KFC and Mac next to it. Not for my type and there are other hotels in nearby which should be better

My first stay with the property. Great stay and I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days in Mascot. 5m walk to Mascot town and public transport. plenty cafes, shops and post office. Spacious and clean room, comfy bed. Washing machine and dryer in the room is very useful for any traveller. There is a large fridge, microwave and oven if needed. All basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo, soap and laundry washing powder are complimentary. Property manager phone is available for after hours emergencies. Nothing is too much trouble for always friendly and courteous staff and the property manager Diana. Keep up the great efforts and providing real value for money service. Thank you for the memorable stay and sure to stay again. Please be gentle and kind with your feedback as the sector is going through the redemption process since the global pandemic. Flying from Brisbane to Sydney, I stayed at the Travelodge for 1 night before catching an international flight the next morning. I arrived at T2 with time to spare before check in so walked to the Hotel. ( use the exit by baggage carousel 3 cross the road turn right and follow your nose, being 66yo I prefer to follow my nose than trust Google ) The walk takes 15-20 minutes. The rooms as expected were functional and clean. There is a bar in the lobby. There is also a bistro on the ground floor near the elevators which I only saw after returning with food that I had walked back to T2 to purchase something for dinner. The Travelodge is down a side street and therefore probably quieter than other Hotels, such as Quest, which are on the main road. Having the shuttle bus to the International Terminal ( $10 ) right next door is a big convenience. For the benefit of light sleepers the rooms on the left hand side of the Hotel are under a flight path, planes are easily heard, though there is a curfew ( as I understand it ) between 11pm and 6am at T2 and T3. Travelodge is comfortable and clean and I recommend for a stay near the airport.

As my partner and I approached The Elysium, we were immediately charmed by the hotel's grandeur, ensconced in an atmosphere of tranquility, a serene oasis in the bustling city. Our stay was but a couple of nights, yet every moment spent there was steeped in pure bliss, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The warmth with which we were greeted upon arrival was only the beginning of our enchanting journey. Despite it being a busy weekend, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Their genuine interest in our well-being, coupled with their attention to detail, made us feel truly pampered. Our room, a serene haven, was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with subtle touches of elegance. A sweeping view of the city skyline against the setting sun from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of magic to our stay. The cleanliness and peaceful ambiance of the room were second to none, contributing to our restful nights. Evening walks in the hotel's serene gardens, imbued with the soft scent of blooming flowers, brought us closer to nature and each other. Meanwhile, the sleek, tranquil spa with its range of rejuvenating treatments further elevated our stay. Our experience at The Elysium was indeed a magical escape, made even more special by the fact that we shared these wonderful moments together. It was a refreshing break, a chance to disconnect from the mundane, and reconnect with each other. Our memories of this place are etched in our hearts, making us yearn to return when the opportunity arises. We left The Elysium with heavy hearts but with the promise of a future visit. It was more than just a hotel, it was an experience, a beautiful chapter in our lives, that we would happily revisit.

The room was quaint, but everything about this hotel was decent. The bathroom was big enough, very clean, and has top-of-the-line sundries. It was very conveniently located just below the departures hall. Because of its size, there’s really not much to expect, but the cleanliness and service are superb. I did have one concerning experience when my room suddenly was filled with the smell of suffocating engine fumes, and I was woken up in the middle of the night. I have written a letter about it; I am waiting for the hotel’s response.

I have stayed at HISA about 3 times in the last 13 months, the night before an international early morning flight. I like evrything about this hotel. Reception staff are friendly, courteous, professional and efficient and it usually doesn't take too long to check in. It's a short walk from Mascot Railway Station, so you can catch a train direct to the hotel from anywhere in the Sydney area or connect from a regional service. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor were great. Prices reasonable and tasty, comfort food. Bed was great and there is a drop-off service to the domestic and reasonable airports at a very reasonable price, or you can walk back to the railway station and catch a train to domestic or international airport (one or 2 stops). I recommended this hotel to my brother on his recent trip, and he loved it, and I love it. i'll be back.

Ibis sydney airort is located within 10 mins drive to Sydney Domestic airport. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle bus to domestic airport which cost AUD 12 per person. No complaint for this 1 night stay.

Great customer service But the entry of the hotel is hard to find. There is no very clear sign direct us into the carpark so that I made my way into the holiday inn beside it. This needs to be improved. Overall good

I resist writing reviews but had to make an exception. I have stayed in Moxy’s in New York and loved them. I walked there quicker than getting out of the car park station. Stepped into the lobby and it reminded me how dated everything else is. I used the Hotel as work base and it worked perfectly with plenty of private spaces to make calls etc. I didn’t use the meeting rooms but probably would next time. Another highlight was discovering the very close Mascot village, with cool cafes, cheap eats and apparently one of Sydney’s best banh mi’s (Hong Ha) where I joined the queue. At last I have a cool Sydney Airport stay.
