The suite was excellent! Stayed with my wedding group. Check in and check out was so easy. So clean, customer service was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Leila was great and her communication was constant and quick. We used Luquillo Taxi & Tours PR for airport and wedding venue transportation and Shawn gave excellent service. My family was happy with everything.

The not so great: * Hotel is small. *The “store” in the hotel is in fact not that. It’s more a few shelves on a wall with dry snacks, two refrigerated ones with cold food snacks (think pizza and sushi) and one with drinks (minimal water). *Breakfast hours are too early. I get that it’s more cost effective for the hotel but I’m on vacation and I don’t have to drop kids off at school. Getting up earlier to eat no bueno The great: I cannot stress how important it is for us to have outlets especially when traveling with kids and their electronic things. Our room had outlets galore. I always travel with an extension. I didn’t even need it. It may be a small thing but it made me happy. *Breakfast options are fantastic *fish tacos and wings in La Isla are scrumptious *Bathroom is lovely. Shower is best hotel shower I’ve ever encountered. *Beds are super comfy and not a squeak to be heard. I’m a really light sleeper and I heard no noise in the hallway or other rooms next door. *It’s a nice room. Perfect if it’s two people but with more it’s kind of cramped. We were fine because we know how to manage our space. *The hotel is clean and the staff is great *There is a laundry room available

The hotel was fine but be careful with the ******. If you purchase a drink at their bar with a credit card, they put it through as a cash advance. This can result in your bank charging you a cash advance fee even if you have not taken a cash advance. This is not cool and takes hours out of your busy life to correct. Some banks wont credit the fee so be careful.

This hotel is located in an excellent place to explore the national forest. It is a new property so everything is in great condition. The pool area is lovely and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive although in and out privileges are included. The rooms have a green sensor light that was bothersome to me - bring a night mask if you are similarly sensitive. It didn’t bother my husband at all lol.

This new hotel is very clean and has a great view of the rainforest. The breakfast buffet that is included is excellent. Also serve dinner and snacks for lunch and dinner. Pool is beautiful and literally a hop skip and a jump to the kiosks. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

This is a beautiful new hotel, very convenient for the beaches and food kiosks. The breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The reception staff are very helpful. Our only downside is the quality of the evening food offer. Served in plastic boxes with plastic cutlery. Sometimes the bar tender wasn’t around for ordering drinks. Improving this aspect would turn a good stay into a superb stay.

This new hotel is a great spot to relax! We stayed here the night before our stay at the rainforest and it was a nice way to get organized and enjoy Luquillo. The beach is walking distance from the front entrance! This is a lovely hotel - great patio, pool, clean rooms and space. The staff is so nice and helpful.
