Hotel Matosinhos dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This gem of a hotel shines because of the kindness and the attention to detail by the front office staff. I arrived early, and my baggage was of course lost by Iberia, but the reception staff was very kind, generous, helpful. I got an early check in, they got on the phone with Iberia multiple times to check on the status of the Baggage. The room was comfortable, clean, tidy and really really excellent. Breakfast was really sumptuous, and had a wide variety of options. Highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Porto- especially those who get on the Camino. Or others as well.

Great place to stay in Matosinhos. For a very decent price you get an incredible breakfast, very clean rooms, amazingly friendly employees, 5 minutes walking distance from a beautiful beach and 20 minutes bus from center of Oporto. In the area, there are multiple restaurants, mostly local restaurants, excellent fish restaurants. Extremely quiet environment, where you can sleep late in the morning. You can enjoy seagull cry and the neighborhood coq to recall you are on earth. Great place with great people.

We got very cozy house with own bathroom and it was really good. You get everything you need there. Good equiped kithcen area, indoor dinner place and outdoor terrace, bathroom is also good for this type of accomodation. Pool was already open in May, but it was a little bit cold for it, but it looks nice. Cozy territory makes you feel in a forest. We stayed there for night on our Camino Way, but I wish I could stay there for longer.

Nothing to say but ”everything” is really good. No problem at all, check in, check out, rooms, cleanliness, people, breakfast, parking, food. Everything perfect.

I cannot fault this hotel. The staff are very friendly and multilingual. The quality of the hotel food and services is excellent. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The hotel is well situated for accessing the university and local shops.

The hotel is two star but, for once, I thought it was better. The rooms are not too small and have everything you'd want with the exception of a tea/coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Everything worked in the bathroom and the water was hot. There are two shower heads -- rain forest and hand held. Breakfast was very good with lots of bakery products, fruit, cereal, seeds and prunes, cheese and meat, little cakes, fresh juices etc. Breakfast starts at 0730h. There is 24h front desk. Room entry is by a unique 6 digit code. Wifi works well. The hotel is next to a very large shopping centre and opposite a Lidl. Only 5 minutes from Sete Bicas metro station. Easy access to the airport, Porto and the railway station.

Porto hotels prices are quite expensive. On our recent visit there we decide to spend a couple of days in this hotel, so to see the off center attractions.The room price was very fair. The hotel is quite modern and also simple. Nice rooms and very clean too. Complimentary continental breakfast is served in buffet style. Actually there is not a true bar, but a ”bar corner” which is OK for a couple of beers or some wine. As we had a car, we are not able to comment on transport connections.
