Ulasan Alpico Plaza Hotel

The room is clean, near the station and near conbini (lawson and family mart) and next to the bus station. i booked for non-smoking room but somehow i can still faintly smell cigarette 😔

Excellent location just near by bus station terminal. Good hotel ,good service with friendly staff and the facilities are great with a snack and drink floor at the 10 th of the hotel. I most surprised and love to see all the the skin care products are DHC. I will stay there again❤️

Right opposite Matsumoto station and across the road from the bus terminal/mall. Very convenient and has the typical comforts and cleanliness of a japanese hotel

Location is good very close to the bus station and just opposite to the train station (castle exit) staff are very welcome. Perfect 👍

Convenient spot near the train and bus if you need to travel outside of Matsumoto for day trips.

the building is a little bit old, but its clean , very convenience as it is closed to the station.

Great location next to Alpico bus station and only 5 mins walk from JR station! Staffs are really nice with amazing service mind. The room is nice and clean! Had a good experience staying there and would like to recommend it for anyone visiting Matsumoto!

Excellent location, very close to Matsumoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The Matsumoto Kiyoshi duty-free shop is also nearby, and even the supermarket downstairs offers duty-free shopping. Right below, there's a bustling street food area with a fantastic variety of delicious and affordable options.

Excellent! It's part of the Matsumoto Alps Hotel Group, and a fantastic perk is that you can book a complimentary visit to Matsumoto's best onsen hotel. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with the subway station located right across the street.

Very near the main station. The hotel itself is very big, nice staff, grwat selection of amenities, wide variety of breakfast choices!
