Great hotel with many chains around Japan. Always can count on them for a clean and comfortable room. Would recommend to all.

We sent our luggages from the previous hotel by delivery service the day before. Hotel staff received our luggages and brought to our room before we checked in. The hotel is located within 15 minutes walk down the main road from the Matsumoto JR Station.

Hotel is quite new and services are wonderful.
Got a luggage issue but the staffs are proactive to solve my problem,
Will stay here again next time.

Modern, clean hotel with all functions and good service! Location is fantastic, a few min nice walk to JR Matsumoto Station. A five star recommendation .

The hotel was a 5min walk from the JR station and the room was very spacious. Places like the Matsumoto Castle and Ishii miso brewery were also within 10-15mins walkable distance.
I was also able to check-in earlier than the stipulated time and the staff could converse in English quite well.
