Ulasan IH Hotels Milano Watt 13

I have been in better hotels of same range, poor quality breakfast and barely minimum cleanliness. In my room the water tap was glue with a lot of silicon. I believe a renovation is needed or a more fair price. Parking nearby is impossibile, be prepared to pay for hotel parking if available.

Satisfaisant pour une ou 2 nuits La chambre était un peu défraîchie cependant, tâche moquette et sur les murs. Bon petit déjeuner.

Colazione molto buona e varia. Posizione buona in quanto vicina alla fermata del bus che porta alla m2. Personale molto disponibile ed educato.

酒店被子是三層，很舊很差， 這家酒店簡直不能再差勁了。從一開始 reservation就出了問題,根本沒有預訂到我們要的房型,服務態度非常不好。入住時房間還沒有準備好,設施破敗不堪,浴室裏全是水漬,床上也很臟。晚上睡不好,被人工音響和外面車水馬龍的聲音吵到難以入眠。第二天早上房間服務還沒有來,被子床單也沒有換過。吃早餐時間很少,東西少又難吃。最重要的是這裏的保安和前台服務人員態度非常不友善,問問題也不耐煩。而房費比同等水平的酒店還貴多了。以後再也不會住這兒,輕言推薦給其他人,也不想看到有 guests 不幸選擇這裏度假。這家酒店真應該好好照看服務質量,否則連一星級的評價都不如。

Ottima location, personale disponibile, prezzo buono per Milano. Ottima anche la colazione.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding hotels. No water in the room and no warning about the tap water of the hotel .if you search in the net you will find that tap water in Milan is drinkable but about the hotel it is different. The quality of the breakfast was not good. The location is not good too .

A good apartment, clean, large bathroom, great shower, excellent breakfast, with free public parking in front or private underground parking with two placas for Electric charme, well located,very good service in the reception, recommend it!

By far the BEST hotel we stayed at during our European adventure! That private patio outside our room was wonderful. Larger than most Italian hotels, clean and loved the complimentary slippers. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. Helpful that most of the staff speaks English. Near restaurants, shops. All the staff were all friendly and knowledgable. I'd recommend all IH hotels.

A basic business hotel in Milano's outskirts, but you can do much better. The girl in reception in the afternoon was rude and impolite from the moment I didn’t speak Italian (something quite common in a hotel, I assume). She gave me no information at all, and I had to found myself the lovely room where she placed me. And it was at the end of a corridor, just facing the building works behind the hotel. Works start at 7:00, so your wake-up service is guaranteed. Especially considering that companies like mine must represent a big part of your business, you can definitely do better. My team would consider other options next time.

I booked a room for the three of us a month before arriving at the hotel. When we got to the room, I saw that the bathroom was adapted for the disabled, but none of us was. I went down to the reception to lodge a complaint and ask for a new room. I was told that they don't have other rooms because the hotel is full. It WAS NOT mentioned in the reservation that it is a room for the disabled, nor is it in the pictures. I'm really angry! If that had been mentioned to me, of course I would not have taken the room. Breakfast was solid, I found parking in front of the hotel, so I didn't pay for it. The lobby is nicely decorated. You nedd more shelf in bathroom. I picked this hotel because of 4 stars. Sorry you are far of them.

Stayed here for work, the staff were very friendly and checkin and out was easy. The breakfast was great, can recommend the waffle maker. Bedroom was clean and a decent size, needed a little bit of maintenance here and there but nothing that caused me any issues. Air conditioning didn't appear to work but it wasn't too hot or cold and the window opened for fresh air. A good hotel for the price

My complaint is regarding air conditioner, which did not work properly. Very old system. Outside above 35 degrees , the room was at 26.4- 27 degrees. Reception told us to wait 45 minutes to get some fresh air in the room. Then in the morning the temperature went up again. This deprived quality of sleep. Not ok for a hotel.

I had to change rooms as the one I was put in, besides being noisy, needed total renovation, varnish coming out of the sink, very small shower and not so clean. The second was better but not that much. Poor service, I had to check the alternative room myself with no light as they gave me the service key and not the card that activates the light. No attention to details: charriot with towels on the middle of the patio where you are supposed to sit down and have a drink ( no alcoholic as they only serve coffee). Breakfast disorganised and lacking refilling.
