Hotel di Belle Mare, Mauritius

Wow! This was our 3rd trip to the beautiful island of Mauritius. 1st time on East coast. I was a bit apprehensive when I heard about the wind and it being winter. But no need. This is truly an amazing resort. I would like to thank each and EVERY member of Solana. From the security, gardener’s, cleaning staff, reception, waiters, chefs - I can carry on and on. Everybody was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Urvi thank you for my beautiful henna tattoo. Premula, for all the beautiful flowers and clean room. Andy at Lakaz Rum - you made the experience so much fun. Food was fabulous and in abundance. Whole resort was so clean and beautiful. Beachfront - paradise! And the wind everybody warned us about was no more than a breeze. Even the transfer from and to resort from airport was quick and so informative. Isfaaq, we will def speak to you again. This resort is the ideal location. Fantastiq!! Merci

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was beautifully placed on the east coast of the island. Great views of the beach. But the truly outstanding thing about this place were the staff. Undoubtedly the heart and soul of the place. I definitely recommend anyone going to Mauritius to have a stay at this hotel. A very special thank you to Rishi & the team. I thought I was quite experienced and nothing can surprise me in spa. But this one was beyond any expectations. They have their cosmetic LUX they use it in spa. The sent of oils just amazing and you already relaxed 50%. I like their spa procedures and routine how they meet guests..all this atmosphere..sounds, smells, birds singing, hot tea, some bites. Special thank you to Mairini - my spa therapist. I hope I wrote her name correctly. She has amazing hands, strong fingers and very attentive to details. I bought oil for face and oil concentrate as want this sent around me as long as possible. Thank you Maitini, I hope you will see my review💚

Tropical Luxury and Unparalleled Service – A Dream Stay at Beachcomber Trou aux Biches Our stay at Beachcomber Trou aux Biches in room 402 was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled within a lush tropical garden, this resort offers a serene paradise that perfectly blends natural beauty with luxurious comfort. One of the highlights for us was the stunning tropical garden that envelops the entire resort. Walking through it felt like wandering in a botanical haven, with vibrant plants, colorful flowers, and serene water features creating a truly tranquil atmosphere. The food was another standout. With several on-site restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal was an experience in itself, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that satisfied every craving. We must also commend the Spa, which provided an oasis of relaxation. From soothing massages to rejuvenating treatments, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or lounging by the beach. Special praise goes to Kavita, a wonderful staff member who made each of our restaurant visits memorable. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and genuine care ensured that we had exceptional dining experiences throughout our stay. She truly made us feel special and added a personal touch to every meal. Beachcomber Trou aux Biches is a gem – from the incredible setting to the delicious food and top-tier service. We can’t wait to return to this tropical paradise!

Great hotel. Perfect location! The beach in front of the hotel (and the whole Le morne beach) is so stunning. The water is sooo clear and had different shades of blue. We stayed all over the island on our trip but we find Lux Le morne has the most amazing beach with the view of Le morne mountain and when you go out in the sea and look back at the hotel, it’s just so so stunning! The room was also cozy with very comfortable bed. The only bad thing about the room was the hot water in shower sometimes just stopped working (finished) and we had to wait!! There are a lot of sun beds but if you don’t reserve one, they are usually all taken by the afternoon. Breakfast was good. Lots of water activities. The gym was a bit too small and sauna took forever to get heated so we gave up. Service was good. The pools were beautiful with the view of Le morne mountain. Overall, we loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay a lit. This was our most fav hotel in Mauritius and if we ever return, we would stay here again.
