The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The room is big n the food also good… love the soto n satay… also very in love with kopi hitam

Their service is great. Their room is cozy and clean. Their location is near to go Merdeka Walk and Deli Park Mall. Behind the hotel there is KFC as well. Thank you for HM Bu Emmy, who always greet me, Kak Merita, who allow me stay 1 month with a good price, Kak Ayu, who assist well and Kak Yori, who clean my room well. Also all the team that I can't mention the name one by one. Well done, team. Keep the great work!

Biliknya bagus, bagus dan bersih, saya tinggal bersama keluarga saya semasa cuti akhir tahun, bilik mandi yang baik dan bersih, kami mengambil bilik keluarga dan bilik yang besar dan dipasang dengan betul, terima kasih untuk En Suhendra Marjan EHK yang sudah sediakan bilik dengan betul dan jadikan percutian yang tidak dapat dilupakan kami. Pengalaman sarapan pagi juga ada banyak varian makanan, saya suka mie gomak.

Tempatnya strategik, bagi makanan tak makan sebab terlebih tidur. Untuk kemudahan AC di dalam bilik, ia tidak cukup sejuk. Terima kasih

Nampak hotel besar dari Marriot… tapi - tidak membantu walaupun kami adalah ahli kumpulan mereka... tetapi kepada tokoh politik juga tinggal di sana layanan istimewa... - Saya hanya meminta jauh daripada bising tetapi mereka sengaja menyebabkan saya lebih banyak bunyi. TERTEKAN!!!! - katilnya kecil. - tandas hanya pancuran mandian di atas kepala. - tiada pencukur dan tiada sikat… - peti ais tidak sejuk… - makanan sarapan pagi jadi...jadi... makanan tidak panas dan keras... makanan tidak diisi semula dengan segera... satu-satunya makanan yang sedap ialah Lontong Medan... - bar yang menyajikan margarita adalah teruk… Bagi saya, saya akan melangkau hotel ini jika boleh… melainkan jika tiada hotel yang lebih baik…

I was staying during EID season, booked for 10 rooms. The manager, Mr. Saut Purba was really helpful in assisting my reservations. He tried his best to fulfill my request, such as connecting room and same floor level because I stayed with my big family. The best surprise was upgrading room on 10th floor for myself. Thank you sooo much! Mr. Saut also assisted in arranging birthday surprise for my brother-in-law, some staffs are joining us to knock on his room with pretty bday cake and wishes. The breakfast was excellent, food are tasteful, me and my family loved it. This hotel served severals choices on their breakfast buffet. This hotel also had a nice swimming pool, it was not big but clean and safe for children. The front office staff are gorgeous during my checkout. Last but not least, thank you Grandhika Hotel for such a memorable stay. :-)
