Overall, the best! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a doorman, the receptionist is friendly, and the room is clean. My only minor complaint is that it's not very soundproof, so I could hear the housekeeping staff cleaning the room next door. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious, and the location is strategic. I've even been able to check in early without any extra charge before. I've stayed here many times and will likely continue to be a regular guest. Keep up the excellent work! 👍

It was my last night in Medan, from the first day I reached, this is the best hotel I stayed in Medan.

Service was poor; the security guard and doorman were very inattentive.
