The area is surrounded by greenery, Parma can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The breakfast is fantastic, everyone is kind and helpful.

Two-star hotel, uncomfortable bed... deformed mattress. Breakfast at 8:00 AM, already gone... Not recommended.

The hotel is hidden from the road because it's covered in construction sites that have been abandoned for years. It has a large, well-lit parking lot out front. The front desk was helpful, but they were initially hesitant to issue an invoice, which is essential for someone like me who works. The room was a bit worn, '90s-style, with uncomfortable mattresses and a dirty floor. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was so-so, typical for workers who need to sleep nearby.

The hotel is very convenient for reaching the Varano circuit, but its location is a bit remote, which can be a plus or a minus depending on your preferences. Overall, a positive experience.

Nous avons eu une chambre pour handicapé la douche était démunis de rideaux l eau tombait sur les toilette ,des cafards on été vu dans l autre chambre el le personnel était bruilland ( chambre très mal isolé acoustiquement) ,je le déconseille fortement du jamais vu ......
