It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .

I found the hotel good value for money . The room was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well equipped with enough materials . And the staffs were very helpful About 15 minutes walk to the haram plus the buses were punctual most of the time

stayed here for 4 nights, all was incredible and really worth the price. even tho the distance to Nabawi is quite far but the hotel provides a shuttle bus before and after prayer time. the staffs were really helpful! he (forgot the name) allowed us to checked in earlier. will definitely go back here soon.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The rate is reasonable but quite a distance to masjid nabawi. Shuttle is provided though, which is a great help. Passengers are dropped at walking distance to baqi gate. Overall it is a good hotel.

Very nice I like it so much I enjoyed my trip in Madina , it is 15 minutes walk to Haram

The hotel is not too close to the Nabawi Mosque, but there are shuttle buses ready for every prayer time. Also, we found, an Indonesia's convinience store only minutes walk from the hotel which is provides food and other things from Indonesia....

Is near to haram and if you can walk they have bus to haram

Overall very OK, had to beg for toilet paper to be restocked, and fresh towels and for bedding to be changed. Cleaners were generally kind however reception staff were not so understanding or empathetic. Fairly frequent shuttle service direct to the haram which was wonderful

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is located on top of a steep hill, making it extremely inconvenient—especially if you need to go up and down multiple times a day for prayers. It feels more like adding trekking to your stay than hospitality. While the hotel claims to offer a free electric cart service, most of the time the carts are left on charging, and usually only one cart is operational. Even worse, the cart doesn’t drop guests all the way down like other hotels—it drops you halfway, forcing you to walk another 100 meters down. It honestly feels like the staff enjoy riding the cart alone rather than serving guests. To make matters worse, our taxi driver had to wait for almost an hour because the bell boy never showed up, despite requesting assistance multiple times. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Inside the room, the telephone cord was disconnected, and my daughter had to fix it herself. Housekeeping was another nightmare—you literally have to beg for your room to be cleaned. During our five-day stay, housekeeping came only twice. Not just the rooms, but the entire hotel had a bad odor, likely due to poor cleanliness. To add to the discomfort, the housekeeping trolley was parked right next to our room, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, this hotel shows no understanding of basic hospitality standards. It’s genuinely surprising how this property has a 2–3 star rating and is listed on major online booking platforms. Very disappointing experience.

Amazing and welcoming reception staff , one of the ladies offered me cold water while the other one said very simple word that stayed with me “إقامة سعيدة" While these to be simple and basic hospitality, I perceived it in a very positive note. Thanks once again

For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling.

Not so good a little far from haram / mosque nobobi but they serve transport all the prayer time. Breakfast was not good very less varieties and service in restaurant Was very bad. Wait for long time for coffee/ tea cup .
