I have an amazing experience. The hotel services are great but is far from Masjid Nabawi

Elegant hotel , wide rooms , good food , Nice staff , somehow far from Al haram but quit calm place

The stay was excellent, especially the reception staff’s treatment, which was wonderful. Many thanks to them.

A little far from Haram, but enjoyed my stay the breakfast was excellent! The Egyptian chef was brilliant including the whole staff at the breakfast area. Very well respected staff! Including the Receptionist. Disappointing part was the housekeeping unhygienic and problematic staff including the supervisor himself! Had no experience of speech contradicted in his own words..! I’m appalled to see such a great hotel with very bad housekeeping staff including the housekeeping manager! Please, replace them all. Loved my stay surely will come again. It’s a hotel of experience nice quiet area. Loved my stay! The bus runs each prayer time to haram. And brings you back! I loved my stay and will surely come back again. There is a mosque located right in front of the hotel. Xx

Even though hotel is located around 12k from Masjid Nabwi but thier regular shuttle service with excellent timings for all the 5 prayers makes up fir the distance. The drop off point at Haram of the shuttle is under the haram floor so great service. Breakfast is OK, not of a 5 star standard though and replenishing is slower, needs improvement.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is , they used the hotel lobby for wedding reception which really spoiled our privacy as we walked through the crowd to approach the elevator

لقد كانو لطفاء جذا المسافر كان ابني لحضور مقابله بالجامعه والاستقبال اهتمو فيه كثير واضافو له فطور مجاني من باب المسؤوليه والاهتمام شكرا للموظفه الاستقبال مروج They were very kind. My son was traveling to attend a university interview and the reception took great care of him and gave him a free breakfast out of responsibility and concern. Thanks to the receptionist, Mrog
