The only positive: Close to the Haram
Unfortunately, this hotel is unable to handle peak season bookings. Our room was dirty the entire week, even though we had the "make the room up" card displayed.
The room was cleaned once and every time i needed to find someone for fresh towels and toilet paper.
Apart from the friendly female receptionist, the male receptionists don't smile nor are they pleasant (its as if they're doing you a favour).
The porter didnt even ask if we needed assistance with our luggage.
The room was tiny, dark and there was only 1 plug-point (which needed the bed to be moved).
Finally, the restaurant is below average. From outdated decor and uncleaned tables to a slapdash Eid breakfast (if you can call it breakfast).
