Dear Trip. com Alll ok except counter service. The ladies at the counter are lazy. Always informed that the room key has been taken but when we went upstairsno one in the room. It happen many times. Guess the ladies there should be sack.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It was an absolute nightmare. The rooms are disgusting, with a terrible smell that hits you the moment you walk in. The bathrooms are even worse—mould and fungus are everywhere, making it feel completely unhygienic and unsafe. Paint is peeling off the walls, giving the whole place a neglected, run-down appearance. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and showed zero interest in addressing any of the issues I raised. Their lack of professionalism and care added to an already awful experience. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—do not book this hotel. It’s a waste of money and completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation.

Room is ok, but no channel on television. Food taste is average, but it served very bad. All equipment using plastic and not many option. Room treatment always wait from our request. No bathmat on bath room. Mineral water not replaced on next day

Booked through Travel to Haram for a different hotel, got switched to this hotel last minute by the agent. Was shown pictures which looked decent but when we arrived found out we were catfished. There was a disgusting smell throughout the whole stay. Urine in the corridors along with piles of bins right outside of our room. The cleanliness of this hotel is appalling. The floor in our room was filthy and had food stains on it. There was a constant draft and you could hear everything from the room next door and outside. The bathroom was also not up to standard, shower and tap had low water pressure just dribbles of water. For some reason agents have access to booking this room and fill it up with people who have no other choice and they get lots of money from doing this. Surprised the hajj ministry has not picked up on this syndicate. This hotel is not even worth one star, have no idea how this has four stars!!! Not one positive thing to say about it, no one should be allowed to stay here absolutely disgusting. Only advice I could give is to knock it down and rebuild it.
