Thare are some smell and Lots of dust in Bath Towels The Tap has problem when we open the tap was fall and the satff cannot solve the problem and educated us how the use the tap water by Hold the all Tap cover (Actually if normal Tap we just lift it up when open ) Also the water stuct in washbasin. We requested to change the room but the staff denied and look not kind (But the night shift staff was friendly and the housekeeping were really kind)

The hotel had some positive aspects, such as a swimming pool and a central location, which made it convenient for exploring the area. However, we had a frustrating experience with the cleaning service. Despite prior arrangements, the agreed-upon cleaning was only carried out late in the evening after a very lengthy discussion with the staff. This was quite annoying and negatively impacted our stay. While the amenities and location were good, the service needs significant improvement.

Better than expected, perfect location, walking distance to Tram and Parking lot. Nice and helpful staff also. Merry Christmas!

Facilities of the hotel is rather shabby nothing too special about this hotel. Location is good.

Stayed in a service apartment style room with a kitchenette - useful for reheating food in the combination oven microwave. Complimentary laundromat use with detergent was a plus.

Great hotel for first time visitor in Melbourne! Comes with kitchen, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher and equipped with utensils where you can cook steak and make salads. Just make sure to pull out the exhaust hood to prevent the smoke alarm to ring. Bedroom was very comfy I did not get any neck ache and back pain. Aircon and heater is working properly. Bathroom was a shower on the wall you can’t pull it out. No bidet. No robes, toothbrush, toothpaste and hotel slippers provided. No breakfast. Housekeeping only per request or after 2 days of stay Location is walking distance from parliament building and Chinatown, lots of Asian eateries around. Hotel is located within free tram zone, tram is just a few mins walk right infront of the hotel. You can go to St. kilda beach, southern cross station and queen Victoria market taking the free tram. Hotel customer service was superb my mum even received a bottle of red wine and handwritten letter for her birthday! 🥳

Location is good, Self help room supplies, only cleaning the room in every 3 days, sometimes will miss cleaning up, quite bad experience in staying this hotel, the staff is nice tho

Fantastic location, tram station is just down the road and it is within the free tram zone. Walking distance to the main CBD area as well. There’s plenty of food options around the hotel. It comes with a fully functioning kitchen, I guess it is great for family, other than that, the room is rather basic. Bed is a bit too soft for my liking.

They never clean the room, in general the hotel is ok, is really good location

Went there for our honeymoon. They gave us a bottle of red wine to celebrate our honeymoon. V convenient location, easy to get around places.
