Great location for theatres & all things in the city. Great customer service on check in. Neat & tidy room. Quiet room. Nice strong hot shower.

Great location and size of room was spacious. Facilities were clean and heater was effective for winter. Centrally located opposite Dior and along shopping street. However, maintenance can be improved as our living room light was spoilt, the door between the living room and bedroom cannot be closed completely and the switch to the induction stoves were wrongly connected (which caused my food to be overcooked and I nearly burnt myself as I thought a stove was off when it was in fact on...). But staff is receptive to feedback and overall, still recommended

因為設施沒有新洗衣機和烘衣機和烤箱，所以給它4星，其它設施都有。服務人員沒有，晚上9時後到早上9時都沒人在櫃台，所以也給4星，但人員說話很親切。

地段很好離市區裡面的景點很近！ 附近也有很多好吃的餐廳都開到蠻晚的 附近精品店都都裝潢精緻漂亮 Check in時間到晚上8點 可以打電話給櫃檯人員預約自行check in 還算方便 暖氣也很暖

酒店在市中心，出行非常方便。墨爾本City很小，這個地方走走就都能到了。環境衞生也不錯，朋友説挺好的。

酒店位置很好，環境也挺好的，工作人員很好，入住前後都可以幫我們免費寄存行李。就是我們住的那個房間衛生程度有點差…我們住的房間沙發有點髒，被子也不是很乾淨。

I always enjoy this hotel as it is small, comfortable & right in amongst everything you want access to when you are in the city.

Great location in the CBD for a trip to Melbourne, within short walk of all of the main attractions. Very comfortable too.

Great location and clean and comfortable. A lovely welcome at reception with recognition that it was not my first stay there. A lively little sanctuary in the middle of Melbourne.

Everything was terrific and only the drapes not closing fully in the lounge area could have made the apartment that bit darker. Staff on reception are absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed our stay.

Really nice. Please provide milk for the tea and clear windows. Ad was deceiving as picture shows hotel on street but it’s in alley
