Ulasan Hotel Futaba

Very bad experience, my husband placed his glasses into the ski-googles packing box, then we go out skiing at the morning, when we back after dinner and hot spring at night. we found the packing box is lost in the room. But we surely haven’t brought it out. We asked the staff, the staff help to ask the cleaners, but they just said have seen it. So we lost the glasses mysteriously. And we haven’t found it at last.  My husband love this glasses very much and it lost unexpected in the room.

We were dem bois. pluses are they sometimes have interns who speak Mando in case you don’t speak Japo. Great value. Fantastic open air baths. Strong seafood. Pics are the kaiseki dinner service.

Good Hot Spring, Good Room, Staff are good. Shuttle service between the Hotel and JR station.

Nice hotel with friendly service. Love the Japanese style bedroom and private onsen in the room....

Travelled here with 2 toddlers and the place is fantastic. We took the room with the open air bath for them to enjoy and it comes with our very own one backyard of snow! The kids were playing in the snow and jumping jn the Bathtub after. The hotsprings are fantastic , they have a huge variety and they switch the female and males after every few hours so you will enjoy diff type of hotsprings.. they even had a tea hotspring where they full up the tub with tea leaves. The amenities provided is great, you literally do not need to bring any of yours, everything is provided, even pajamas. The skii resorts are convenient to get too and when you reach echiga Station, you can ask the tourist centre to call the Hotel for a pick up

Overall experience was good, feel like a VIP.! staff were helpful and friendly. in room, need to provide more hooks to hang the overcoat

Very warm hospitality - excellent room, dining and hot spring facilities. Warmest staff welcome during breakfast & dinner. Enjoyed the breakfast & dinner, the Onsen, free use of ski wear and shuttle transfer. Thank you & we will return again!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Japan! Spacious room and great service. The outdoor hot springs are breathtaking.

房間頗大而且很整潔，境色很美，有漂亮的雪山，服務很貼心，早餐是自助的，很豐富， 可以順便買滑雪場的票價還有折扣，可惜走時寄存行李要收費，但最讚還是免費接送車服務，大家記緊要預早預約，免得要推着行李由車站走斜坡上酒店。

酒店有shuttle接送，當日下雪，車很準時到車站，我們在酒店租了滑雪工具很方便還送我們到滑雪場，有幾個不同溫泉，早餐buffet選擇多，晚餐第一晚一般，但第二晚不錯，而且剛好好抽獎活動！

一開始看到酒店裝修和風格有些舊又很傳統，不是很合意。但隨着晚餐的招待感到誠意滿滿，6樓温泉也不錯，7樓沒有去因為沒有趕上開放時間。酒店就有berni的雪具店，可以接送gala雪場。早餐是自助，家裡有人不能早起沒有享受到早餐，還有車站接送，總的來説還是不錯的，另外入住過程發生的問題也被攜程客服阿梅很好地處理了，一切都順意
