Sarapan pagi adalah mudah, hotel ini berada di lokasi yang hebat, sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api dan pusat maklumat pelancongan, terdapat banyak kafe dan restoran di kedua-dua belah tebing sungai, tinggal kali kedua!

The room is more spacious than expected. Very convenient location. We arrived at 11am but the room was already ready for check in, which was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed at the Victoria Hotel for five days.
Located in the city center, the location of the hotel is very convenient. 5 minutes to St. Paul’s Cathedral, 8 minutes to Flinders Street station and Hosier Lane. The room is very comfortable. You can use the washer and dryer on the second floor of the hotel. The only drawback is that the shower water is too small.

pros: Good situation, Convenient transportation nearby. cons: Maybe cause of detergent or disinfectant of bed sets, I felt my skin was itchy that never happened the hotels I lived before. After I lay down in the bed for 20mins, the itchy feeling came. When I went out, no itchy feeling came. We three people lived in this hotel, I was the first person to feel that. lateron, other two felt like I was. Alo, one of staffs at the front desk is not professional, my room number is 339, I said three thirty nine, he didn't know; I said double three nine, he didn't get it ether and he said I said wrong number. These number expressions are common in the North America

I loved staying at the Hotel, great location, and the staff were great, from the front desk staff to the Ethiopian young man that cleaned our rooms each day!!
Clean, and 2 minutes stroll to all your fav foods, or even if you want a simple piece of amazing pizza.
I will def stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne later this year.

Good location, very central. Room was quite noisy, I think from some pretty heavy duty ventilation shafts just outside the window. Easy to find. On a plus, was able to check in early after an after night flight.

Fantastic location and excellent service - felt very welcomed and every request was met with a warm welcome and a smile.
The lobby and bar are fantastic, however the swimming pool is very small. Didn’t have time to try the easily accessible restaurant. Overall very good value for the location and 4 star service given that staff are always happy to help store luggage and bicycles.
