It was excellent for us. Everything was good. Special for us was New Years Eve, we could see all the fireworks from our balcony.

Outstanding service from the front desk. immaculately clean and great location

Located in this city, can hear the noise from trains driving on railway to Flinders station. But bedroom is away from railway window side.

The apartment was spacious in a great position and service was great

The apartment was spacious however the toilet was very small compared to the rest of the space. No counter space at all in the toilet to put things. The carpet flooring in the apartment was really dirty, we had to wear socks all the time, and we could see black stains all over our socks. They did not provide any tooth brushes or slipper so I would say facilities is zero. There is a convenient supermarket right underneath so if you plan to cook it is quite convenient. The washing machine was really filthy, had to do some wiping and cleaning. The dishes were not clean and had stains so we had to wash them again before using. The tub was very high not very kids friendly. The heater was not working very well, it was either super warm until the air was so dry and my son had nosebleed, or it was so cold. The location is great but the apartment is facing the train station and tram, so the whole night it was very noisy. Not much noise cancellation. Thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights. Don't think we could last another night. The bed was relatively comfortable and the sofa could turn into sofa bed. That was probably the only plus side.

This hotel apartment has a fantastic location, right in Melbourne's Green Zone. The advantages include: spacious rooms (we booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, which was very convenient); fully equipped rooms with comfortable bedding; and views of the bustling streets, parks, and a small river from the balcony. The most convenient feature is the supermarket on the ground floor, which stays open late, making shopping very easy. There's a bus stop across the street, and bus rides in the Green Zone are free, which we used for visiting attractions, shopping, and dining – very convenient. Attractions and shopping streets are all nearby, mostly within walking distance. Chinatown is also very close, just a 10-minute walk. The disadvantages are: inconvenient for those with cars, parking is a hassle; there's no parking in front of the apartment, making unloading luggage difficult.

Although it is close to the train station, the soundproofing is good. The hygiene is OK, but the bathtub is broken and there is sticky stuff on the hair dryer. It is very close to the church, train station, etc., very convenient.

Located in the center of Melbourne, convenient for travel. The two-bedroom room I booked was very spacious and had a large balcony. I could have given it a full score, but I was not satisfied with the parking. The entrance to the hotel garage is in a small alley at the back and is not easy to find. You need to enter 2 malt house lane in the navigation.

The room is large and spacious. It has everything you need. It is not crowded for four people. The view outside the room is also very good. The location is convenient. You can walk to the city center.

The room is large, both bedrooms have bathrooms, and a public bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room and dining room are large, and there are three balconies. The scenery is good, and it is perfect for family travel. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. It's not far from the Melbourne Cricket Ground. If Swift's concert hadn't caused the house price to rise so much, I would have stayed here for 6 nights. The shortcomings are that I didn’t clean the room on the last day. I don’t know if I forgot about it.

先要特別感謝一下該酒店的服務團隊的熱情服務，因為捷星航空的不靠譜延誤了我一個行李箱，在機場登記了adina酒店的地址，酒店前台幫忙接收了機場電話並立即通過郵件告知我行李配送的安排。雖然第二天我一早就退房去其他地方旅行了，服務團隊還是幫我簽收並寄存到第三天晚上。因為電話溝通擔心英語表達不清楚，我們都是郵件溝通聯絡，四封溝通郵件都及時反饋，服務特別的貼心。我們預訂的一室公寓，實際給安排了兩室的户型，客廳餐廳都很大，有廚房和洗衣機，適合親子游家庭。樓裏就有付費的停車場，在市區複雜的停車環境下，直接停在酒店還是方便很多的。樓下就有一家超市，步行可到市區多個景點和大購物中心，特別的推薦。
