Ulasan Ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel

The room was so quaint and manageable. My single room window also looked out onto the Main Street. The breakfast was 15 dollars and filling. The gym was empty and had what a needed for a daily morning workout!

Nice location easy to catch tram and train. Clean and well maintained hotel. Will be back again.

Travelled with my mother and we had 2 single beds. Could not access the safe easily as bed covered the door. The room was so small, and noisy as our room backed on to a vented area with some sort of motor that ran all night. The water was hot which was great.

Staff was nice we arrived before check in time and they let us check in early because the room is ready. Maybe they just renovated still can smell color from the walkway. Overall was good! Thank you. :)

we booked for twin bed and got upgraded for queen and single. The room has huge space that looks recently renovated with complete basic facilities- kettle, fridge, telly. the staffs were friendly and helpful. the location was close to souther cross station with lots of groceries nearby.

As it general good! However compare to the price i paid.. service especially cleaning not up to the level. I might hesitate to stay again.

Great location. Very convenient - can walk to tram stops and can walk to a nearby Coles and Woolies.  The only downside - the second pillow was a bit stinky which I realized late at night. Just ended up not using it instead of asking for a replacement.

Very convenient hotel to Southern Cross Station. Single rooms are small but reasonable value for a single traveller. Hotel décor a bit tired, but seems safe and clean.

As I was upgrade to a bigger room for seven nights with single person only, I fill very comfortable with the king size bed and the cleaning services of the hotel. I will be back again next year.

Location of hotel was excellent, near to the southern cross train station and was in walking distance to multiple locations!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ibis hotel, which was by far the worst Ibis I’ve ever stayed in unlike the other blones which i swore by :  1. No Basic Amenities in the Room: The fridge was empty—not even water was provided, even for purchase. I had to go down to the concierge at midnight just to buy water after a long journey. Additionally, the fridge was leaking, and my items got wet. 2. Inconvenient Room Setup: • The plug point was far from the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my phone while resting. • There were no slippers provided in the room, and I had to request and collect them myself. 3. Poor Bathroom Design: • The shower was poorly designed, causing water to pool on the floor. • There was nowhere to hang or place my toiletries inside the shower, so I had to put them on the floor, where they got wet. 4. Lack of Essentials: yes its  a 3-star hotel, but i expected IBIS to have more facilities, just like other 3 star ibis hotels ive been to lets say in dubai or Malaysia which was FANtastic!  Here there wasn’t even a single plate in the room!  I expected better from Ibis, but this experience was far below standard. It was inconvenient and unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. .

There was a lot of dust behind the futon and it hadn't been cleaned. Everything else is ok.

hotel is good for the location. Just Recently under renovation, it would be quite noisy during the daytime. But the manager of the hotel offered me room change, good services.
