The property has been recently renovated. It showcases old school Hollywood glamor with soft shades of purple, classic glass fixtures and plush couches. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, jumping at any opportunity to help. The location is minutes to the CBD by car and to the Botanical Garden by foot. The Showcase Bar is just that, a showcase. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again. Very special kudos to Nate and Kelly.

An ok 4* but not a 5. We found the balcony room small for the ratings. No we were not allowed to have a yoga mat to use in our room. Mo theres only 1 pillow type and our $1600 wasnt enough to send someone out to get us a choice. No, we cant have a spare bed runner to use as a pillow, theres none to spare(?!!). No, there is no pool, no spa. The team are friendly, but have very firm limits on how far theyll go to help.

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous restaurant and super convenient location. The staff were amazing. They made our stay so special. But noisy outside because of some roadworks but still lovely and quiet when we sat on our balcony for morning coffee. The shower had a minor issue was was fixed in minutes, so professional and responsive.

Amazing hotel with phenomenal service and facilities. Close to the city without being amongst the hustle and bustle.

The place was nice and clean, however there was no toiletries for the stay eg. Toothbrush/paste, And the Tv Chromecast was very slow and would constantly disconnect, so using the tv was pointless. Everything else was nice and aesthetic with a modern style. Just a couple improvements would make the stay feel more comfortable. The design and layout was great and the hotel looked boujee and stylish. Would be nice if the place had an indoor pool or spa facility to retreat to.
