Salah satu hotel terbaik untuk menginap dan harga yang hebat. Kakitangan yang mesra dan mesra. Lokasi hebat seperti di jalan yang cukup dengan banyak tempat letak kenderaan. Aldi bersebelahan dengan begitu mudah. Pemandangan bandar indah terutamanya pada waktu malam semuanya diterangi. Pasti mengesyorkan sesiapa sahaja untuk tinggal di sini. Saya telah tinggal di sini bersendirian dan dengan anak-anak di beberapa bilik bersaiz berbeza dan semuanya selesa, bersih selesa.

Very good location and good service. Just a little bit noisy in the evening because of the construction downstairs.

Address given online didn't take us there, phoned reception and she couldn't help over the phone. Repeated the first number of the address so 550 which didn't take us there, number was 50. Asked for help with trams etc and she was no help to make our way around Melbourne while we were staying. We were a bed short because the sofa was broken. The reception lady told me we hadn't booked for those 2 kids. I had a receipt clearly showing we booked correctly. No apology given. Mattress they tried to give us after I told them it needs to be sorted didn't look great, so we didn't use it. Kids ended up bunking in together. Parking is shocking. She told me there was a 5 minute drop off bay at the front, due to roadworks we couldn't get there and all other areas were taken. Parked at Aldi and paid $5 to check in. Car park for the hotel is expensive also, and not the best to drive around in. Mould in the shower area, no fan to use in the bathroom either.

A machine noising all night long besides room, you will not get a good sleep after long day travel

Apartment advertised as executive two bedroom but has one common bathroom and toilet. Noisy outside with roadworks. Room sliding door not working so no privacy.

We always love staying here as its close to everything and the fact that Aldi is nextdoor is a big plus as well. Price is very reasonable and amenities are quite good. Overall cannot find any fault. Also very close to Queen Victoria Markets which is a memorable place. Will keep on coming back.

That was the view but no appropriate heating and no TV remote so hadto be relocated. Then had no view. Cleanliness was alot to be desired. Wouldn't go out of my way. Overall it was ok.

It was great staying at Milano Service apartment. It was very clean and location is perfect. Next door is Aldi so we can do a little shopping i.e. buying juice etc. I have immunodeficiency health issue which affecting both my nerve and skin that I have to be careful with using towels etc hence I tend to bring my own towels everywhere to keep my own hygiene. I was able to sleep well at Milano service apartment. We were given room 2501 and its a 2 bedrooms apartment but the other bedroom is locked as we only booked for 1 bedroom. I paid additional $28 car park charges which is better for my car as finding a parking spot in CBD is a nightmare. The Wifi speed is fast and enabled me to do my daily work through out the day. There was only 1 thing that the room service keeping forgot to do. They didnt replenish the toilet rolls as there was barely 1 roll left on the roll hanger and when we checked underneath sink, there was no spare toilet roll. So we have had to use tissue boxes and opened a new one from underneath the sink. Overall, THANK YOU MILANO'S team for allowing us to have enjoyable couple nights at your place.

Disgusting place. I booked a 1 Bedroom and it was a shoebox- with the added bonus on smelling like someone took a Sh$T on the floor. The smell wasn’t coming from the bathroom..room change at 2am- then they had the nerve to charge me a late check out fee which was more than the room itself!!

Generally a good stay, just housekeeping wasn’t polite at all.
