Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer mit super Garten ! Das Restaurant war super ! Leider bei 5 Sterne klein Wasser im Zimmer und Nespresso Maschine Es war auch kein Kosmetik Sachen oder Seife !! Service im Zimmer Ok

We had booked a extra large room which was situated in the grounds of the hotel, Just perfect very clean, spacious, bright and a beautiful large shower.we had chocolates and a bottle of bubbly in our room upon arrival. A fantastic location, the most wonderful choice of food, staff couldn’t have been more polite, nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely loved our stay and we will be returning.

This is an excellent hotel! Reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and we never felt rushed with our queries. Every area of the hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are well cared for by the numerous gardeners. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate your clothes. Large bathroom with large shower. Pools are well maintained with plenty of comfortable padded sunbeds and no problem finding one to flop onto whatever time of day you decide to turn up. The pool attendants are the best I have ever seen and actively help people to put up sunshades and locate them exactly as you want. The waiting staff servicing the pool areas work tirelessly to supply drinks and snacks. The restaurants are excellent with great quality food. We visited both a la carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Waiting staff are always welcoming and efficient in their duties. The location of the hotel is excellent. The promenade gives easy access to the Maspalomas beach and dunes. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. We will definitely be returning 😊

We have just returned from 3 wonderful weeks at this beautiful hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management (especially Marina who made our stay extra special) Lazarno in the restaurant remembered us and new what to bring, Martin was his usual funny self, everyone was superb couldn’t fault a thing, even got the room we requested. Coming back in September and I’m sure it will be just as brilliant.

This hotel cannot be faulted. it is in an excellent location with the sea on the doorstep. The bedrooms, like the rest of the hotel, are spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. The room has welcome extras such as bathrobes, face cloths, plentiful towels, tissues etc. The buffet restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food and the attentive and helpful waiters cater to your every need. there are 2 other restaurants in the hotel both of which are excellent. This was our 5th stay at this fabulous hotel and next year we are bringing the whole family!

This was our fifth visit to this hotel, and it won’t be our last. From walking through the doors into the reception hall, right up to leaving we felt welcomed & comfortable. The waiting staff in the Magnolia restaurant are outstanding & work so hard. Special mentions for Lorenzo, Manola, Frank, & Gouya. The tall Matire D could learn a few lessons from the above and crack a smile once in while, rather than scowling & skulking. Food quality & variety is very good, with differing themes each night alongside the standard salad, pizza, fish, & meats. Despite the usual 6.00am towel brigade, reserving sun beds, there are plenty to go round. Mainly quiet around the pools, but the usual noisy few who appear to have no regard for their fellow guests. Overall a great vacation, beautiful weather, and a pleasant stay. We will be back and would recommend to others.

Returning to this hotel afraid it could not be better than last time, it was! The people at this resort make all the difference in the world! The landscaper Andres stops whatever he is doing to great you and ask if there is anything he can do to help and to wish you a great day! Front desk Domingos and Emilio are so sweet the front desk manager Adolfo Amazing. Now my fav team Manolo with his flowers and endless smiles, we will only seat in his section, and the restaurant managers German, Patrik, and Felix will make sure everything is PERFECT, and it is! Rosario is my housekeeper I wish I could take her back home with me! My room is always perfect! The food is amazing I will go back over and over regardless of the 10 hour flight
