Muy lindo y prolijo. El desayuno fue increible, la atencion tambien. Muy contenta. Quisiera volver en algun momento!!!!

We really enjoyed our mini break at this hotel. The decor is all cool coastal throughout and very clean. It’s an ideal place for a chilled holiday and exploring the beautiful city of Mahon. Location is in a very residential area and the walk to port area involves some steps and a sloping walkway and into the old town there is a bit of hill to navigate coming back - both areas around 10 minutes. Something to keep in mind if you are not very mobile. Two small gripes prevent me from marking this with five stars, one is the dreadful piped music (I use the term loosely) in the restaurant and around the pool area - it’s low volume but is something of an irritation. Also a small point but they ran out of English breakfast tea and apparently it wasn’t going to be replenished for four days. My simple suggestion that a small amount could be bought at a local supermarket to tide them over didn’t yield any results. Not a big deal for us but not what you expect from a four star hotel with an international client base. However, the staff was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention to the ever smiling Michael and to Laura in the restaurant. I would score 4.5 overall for the hotel if I was able.

Unfortunately, due to weather conditions and poor levels of maintenance, we were unable to use the pool outside during our stay, It was too dirty and we feared for our health. We were also unable to use the spa on our last day as there were insufficient staff available to keep it open during the times we wanted to access it (2-3pm) or on another day at a different time. Was it even open? Felt like our room upgrade was more of an upsell than a benefit Although it was nice To have the larger bed. Massive downside was that there were huge ferries moored up directly opposite the hotel that kept their engines running and pumping smoke into the air for the whole of our four day stay. The pollution was extremely offputting, especially when it first started at 5:30 am on our first morning and the noisy engines woke and kept us both up. Staff at the hotel tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Great location, only about a 12 minute walk away from the centre of Mahon. For the price we paid felt like there could’ve been more value add. Was very surprised to only receive one bottle of water on our first day. Unusual for a hotel of this quality charging the rates that they are charging not to at least provide complimentary water in the room each morning. Breakfast was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. Expected to have Basic access to the spa and indoor pool facilities, especially as Catalonia club members. Mixed review. Probably wouldn’t return to this specific hotel as I have stayed in others better, in the local area previously.

We returned to the hotel and if you read my previous review you will understand why.. we think it's fantastic. Some of the staff have changed but they are all obviously well trained and they are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated a little bit away from the more touristy area on the Marina but it's only a short 15 min walk to little plazas lined with restaurants. The only thing I would change is the music by the pool, a personal thing but it's not very uplifting

Pro Lovely position with views to the harbour Room was so comfortable and cleaned to a high standard Decent walk to centre of Mahon Reception proactive in booking taxi to harbour area Breakfast very good(maybe need to whisk the eggs a bit more to provide better omelette and scrambled egg! ) Cons Room only had a urban view despite asking for a decent view Despite advising we were arriving in the morning no effort made to check us in earlier (hotel not full) Only one bottle of water left( despite a sign saying tap water not drinkable ) Pool area lovely but grass surrounding was wet and meant it was dirty. Pool attendant could have wiped loungers No food available and no drinks around pool for most of our stay and the choice was so poor. Reluctant attitude by staff to open up outside breakfast area.We asked them to and eventually they did. This hotel has potential Maybe pave where the grass is in the swimming area? Certainly review lunch snack menu!!

Wonderful hotel with a spectacular view! The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast is gorgeous and very rich. You can enjoy local products, fresh orange juice, and even fried eggs prepared on the spot. The staff is friendly and super-helpful. My partner's birthday was during our stay, and on that day, they left a bottle of wine in our room with a kind message.

We had a lovely stay here. The communal areas are really attractive and the view across the estuary is great. The walk into town is 10 or 15 mins where there is a great selection of restaurants and excellent holiday shopping opportunities. Our rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast excellent as others have said. Only one tiny snag, the cocktails were awful and we didn’t enjoy the wine selection but it is easy to avoid the bar!

Tired Hotel, don't be fooled by the amazing promotional photos. Our bathroom was not how it looks from the adverts, tiles painted over with white paint, old stained shower screen. Around the pool area the grass is soggy, wet under foot and feels dirty. Was woken by the broken mini bar light repeat constantly flashing/strobing at 3am. We left the Hotel at 6.30 am for our flight. Same response from other guests that have issues with the Hotel, its not their fault. It took three emails and a phone called for a response: "to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a special gesture for your next reservation. Not a discount, but rather a special amenity or service that will ensure a more comfortable and enjoying stay". Will not provide information as to what that is? In my opinion good customer service should have ensure my first stay at this Hotel was comfortable. As your customer, you certainly haven't dealt with this complaint satisfactory. You suggest to spend more of my valuable time and money so you can make it right? Very poor.
