El servicio del hotel excelente, muy agradable, tienes cerca la playa, en el mismo hotel un bar para tomarte algo cuando quieras La piscina excelente, todo ordenado y limpio. Un lugar para despejarte y pasarlo muy bien Sin duda volvería a repetir 🙌

Service au top, réceptionniste parle un peu de français c’est d’autant mieux pour se faire comprendre quand on ne connaît pas très bien la langue

Perfect stay mid September absolutely loved Bimbolla:) Great view over the garden and we could see the ocean. One patio and on the other side a small balcony really cool! The kitchen had all the equipment just right. The pool was not heated I guess the sun is doing the trick in July/August. The beach with fine sand and clear water warm about 24 + was so nice to swim. Lovely restaurants and supermarkets close by. The bus 92 takes you to Mahon €3.60 for two one way takes 20 min. Thank you to the lovely reception staff very kind and helpful.

Very quiet resort indeed - probably because there were no facilities as advertised such as restaurant or bar - this was closed up and being used for storage. Heard a lot of people complaining about this as the travel companies still advertising this. It was sufficient as a base but had very little atmosphere. The "budget" apartment was adequate - nothing special - small and not particularly clean with hardly any storage space like drawers in bedrooms, and things needed replacing and a good spruce up. No cereal bowels, bread knife, chopping board, etc and only a few coat hangers however more were provided when we asked at Reception. For a self catering option, the kitchen was tiny and so little space. No working safe. Bathroom had no extractor fan and had consequently had paint peeling. Cleaning of the apartment felt totally insufficient - cobwebs when we arrived and just felt a bit grubby, marks on walls and furnishings. Towels changed every 4 or 5 days, something like that - and for 2 weeks stay bedding changed only once. Could have done with a really good deep clean and not just a tickle, no one wants to see hairs in the bathroom! Late check out wasn't possible so we had to vacate the room at 10am but there was luggage storage room in Reception. Some days the Reception closed at 5 or 6pm, so if you did have a late flight you were stranded with your cases and no-where to go...... Finally we were charged around 65 euros (for 2 wks) as some local tax - wasn't made aware of this in advance which was annoying more than anything else as we don't like hidden costs. On the plus side, the pools were virtually empty so no need to fight for a sunbed. There is a well stocked shop just opposite where you could get cold drinks and take away sandwiches. Bus stop just outside for Mahon. Beach about 5-10 min walk.

Very disappointed in the Apartment, great size but just so dirty and grubby, Stains on the curtains, cobwebs and dust all over, Beds were far from comfortable, No cleaners as we were there for 6 days and had no cleaning at all, Take your own towels as there's are so small it's hard drying once you have had a shower, luckily we took some beach towels so used them. If they put there prices up by 20 Euros and got a good cleaning team in it might improve, But we would never go back

Our stay was pleasant and we plan to return. If you want lively then this is not the place for you. On arrival the collection of keys was easy from reception and the lady that greeted us was so very helpful with all information that we required. The location of the apartment was great. The beach was just a 10 minute walk away along with some excellent restaurants that were positioned on the the front right by the beach, there was also plenty of super markets. The whole area was great and had everything that was needed for a relaxing break. The 92 bus service is also readily available and takes you into Mahon at such a cheap price. Wish our bus services were as good as this in the UK. We were a little disappointed to be advised that the advertised restaurant was not open at all and far as I can see is not going to be just be mindful of this.

Afford at all costs. Apartment is stinking, walls badly marked, curtains stained, cushions stained, paint on , air conditioning barely works, induction cooker tops but no induction pots or pans so doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work. Restaurant, bar and entertainment on site permanently closed. No facilities on site to use. Stayed for 1 week and had to ask serveral times for fresh towels and house keeping, had 1 set of fresh towels given on day 5 and no house keeping the entire stay. No food, drink or smoking/vaping at pool side on Sun lounges, you were shouted at if you even had an inflatable near the pool. If you wanted a drink of water while Sun bathing you’d to go back to your apartment to take a sip or smoke on the balcony before returning to the poolside. Could do with a lot of changes and a lot of updating, would not recommend or stay again.

We have been to primasud renamed bimbolla apartments 4 times previous .They are now under new management on arrival we could see straightaway that things wasn't as good as they was previously places just seemed a little neglected and not tip top as they used to be .Our apartment was fine and done the job ,breakfast was acceptable,but evening meal not ,I would suggest booking just B&B and having evening meal elsewhere ,we hired a car so was able to drive to some outstanding places to eat at .Staff were very friendly and It was so lovely to see one of the original lady's on the hot breakfast counter .The place just needs a good spruce up and really good tidy ,it wouldn't put us off staying again though .
