Hotel Merritt dengan Gim

We stayed for one night on our way back to Vancouver Island in early October 2022. The location is great, with very easy access from the Coquihalla. There are also lots of places nearby for eating, getting groceries, getting gas, etc. it’s about a five minute drive into downtown Merritt. Check in was very easy. Our room was up on the fourth floor. We had a king size bed and lots of room in the unit. Typical amenities with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nice as well with lots of towels and toiletries. We only had a shower But that was fine for one night and it was a nice shower. The room was very quiet and so were the hallways. We have no idea if we are neighbours or not. They offer a free breakfast that has lots of variety. The morning that we were there they had eggs and then omelets as well as sausages. In addition they had cereal, yogurt, baked goods, various juices and hot beverages. There are some workers staying there that are working on the pipeline and highways and they were actually the only people in the breakfast room and they were exceptionally quiet. We would most certainly stay here again.

It’s an okay place to stay for a night after a long journey. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order during our stay due to a broken heater. We tried the hot tub, but the water was too hot to get in. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. The hallway was very cold, and the draft made its way into our room. The bathroom had a strange smell, but it appeared clean.

Perfect hotel for us. The location was great. There is a cold water creek pub that is highly recommended. Charming town with nice people. Established businesses like Blacks Pharmacy were impressive. We loved the local fair and Artisan crafts . The breakfast was served buffet style in a large sunlit room. We were surprised at the selection. Great price for a hotel in prime season.photos are scenic area near the hotel. Picturesque area to drive through.

Ameer in the breakfast room could not be any more accommodating, polite, and attentive. He is a gem, makes this great hotel fabulous! Also the housekeeping is excellent. I had to move the pillows all round to accommodate us. They straightened us up but left it all as we needed, you have no idea how please try suprised we were. Hands down the best BW I have stayed at!
