The room is spacious and well-equipped, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is good, and the location is good

Saya sangat mengesyorkan Sheraton ini. Kemudahan yang sangat bagus, restoran dan bar yang mewah dan bagus. Bilik-bilik adalah sangat bersih dan luas. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan membantu. Saya pasti tinggal di sana lagi..

No free breakfast & breakfast was expensive there so we didn't eat there went out to McDonald's instead, happy hour drinks were expensive so we didn't drink there & no suite in our hotel just two beds & a bathroom pretty plain looking, only 2 packs of coffee one decaf & the other regular it was clean, close to the airport but pretty plain looking next time we'll stay at a different place where they serve free breakfast & not so plain looking.

Although Denise the manager was awesome, I wouldn't come back to visit. 1st I didn't know this place was located in a not so nice area & doubles as an apartment for some. The bed was uncomfortable & I kept hearing the toilet run. The 1st room we had had an issue with the tub but Denise was on top of it & showed me 2 other rooms I could change to. She was very nice. Unfortunately the place just wasn't what I expected. I would give it 3 stars

TEMPAHAN PROSEDUR PERUBATAN: Saya menempah bilik untuk diri saya dan anak perempuan saya kerana saya menjalani prosedur pada tulang belakang saya dan saya terpaksa berada dekat dengan Dr hingga 24 jam selepas itu. Saya menempah hotel ini kerana ia mempunyai sarapan percuma dan kolam renang luaran, sesuatu yang boleh dinikmati oleh anak perempuan saya semasa saya tidur tanpa bius. Semasa ketibaan, kami diberitahu bahawa kami akan dikenakan bayaran deposit yang boleh dikembalikan sebanyak $200, yang tidak dimaklumkan kepada saya semasa membuat tempahan bilik, kolam renang ditutup yang tidak didedahkan kepada saya masa tempahan dan sarapan pagi tidak dihidangkan. Saya sangat kecewa apabila mengetahui bahawa semua sebab saya menempah hotel khusus ini adalah untuk kemudahan yang ditawarkan. Bilik itu bersih dan tilam adalah tilam terbaik yang pernah saya tiduri dalam 43 tahun saya.

Take you for a wonderful stay. Great place. Cindy in the lobby was awesome. Loved my double shot coffee every morning.

Tempat yang bagus untuk satu atau dua malam. Saya akan memikirkan tempat lain dengan serius jika anda tinggal dalam jangka masa 5 + hari yang panjang .. Pelbagai jenis tempat makan yang berdekatan. Kakitangan ramah, tempatnya bersih. Seperti saya katakan tidak buruk untuk satu atau dua orang semalam

Nice hotel for the price paid

We stayed at this hotel specifically for its kitchen since we would be in the Phoenix area for weeks.  Overall the hotel is okay but we left for a different, long-term hotel after a week here because it was not conducive to working from the room or working out. Positives: - Front desk and breakfast staff.  Very friendly and helpful. - 1 BR room was spacious.  There is a small table for eating (or work) and another workdesk with lots of outlets but no USB ports. - Location is convenient to major highways and safe to walk around at night. Negatives: - In the room, there are no USB ports, only outlets, and several of ours did not work. - Internet is slow, and when we tried to watch Showtime on the tv, the show literally stopped to buffer every 3 minutes. A/C is very noisy, as is the ice-maker in the fridge.  - They have laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of each building. These rooms are clearly not cleaned.  One of the dryers in our building did not work, which we learned the hard way. - Fitness center was really disappointing and it makes sense that they don't advertise it on their website. Very small, with 2 treadmills and an elliptical.  One treadmill broken the entire week we were there.  They don't supply towels and you have to request water at the front desk--there is none in or around the gym. There are no weights, only 4 kettlebells that max out at 20 lbs.  There is a pulley weight machine with low weights and only 2 types of handles, so we really couldn't use it.  The room was never cleaned.  The wipes were dried out.  There is a sign on the door to wash your hands before and after use, and the bathroom across the hall has a sign that it is locked.  So...yeah. - The other complaint is housekeeping.  We didn't need or want daily housekeeping so we followed the front desk's instructions to place the ”do not disturb” sign on the door when we didn't want housekeeping, otherwise they would clean.  On Day 3, we signaled that we wanted cleaning but they skipped our room. By the time we got home, the cleaning staff was going home. They did bring us fresh towels and dish soap as requested. When they came the following day, they very clearly didn't clean the toilet...   

My Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.
