My Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.

Never had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.

At first we were concerned about staying because the hotel is under construction of new paint and up grades but turned out to be great! Our room was located on the opposite side of the building and we were not inconvenienced at all. It was quiet as well as located in walking distance to access to eating and a mall the shop in.

We stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

This Hotel Is Not In The Safest Part Of Town. Hotel Employees Need To Go To Customer Service School. Terrible Customer Service. Housekeeping And Maintenance Personnel Need To Be Retrained. Quite A Few Shady People Staying At This Hotel. Had To Return To Lobby, My Room Key Kept Malfunctioning. No Place To Hang Your Clothes In The Room. Food Left In Mini Fridge When I Got to My Room. Which I Had To Throw Out. Walls Are Paper Thin, Heard All The Neighbors Throughout The Night. Furniture Needs To Be Replaced. Light Switches Were Installed Upside Down. Parking Lot Floods (Puddles Bad) During A Rain. Will Never Stay There Again! Choice Hotel...You Need To Check On This Property, It's An Eyesore And A Bad Name For Your Name!

Merry Christmas from Mesa! Dad and I traveled from sunny California to spend Christmas with my beautiful daughter, Rebecca and her family. The Holiday Inn was warm and welcoming. Chi, our hotel contact, texted and made sure everything was perfect. This was such a nice touch for traveling out of state. We had forgotten some things and Chi was helpful in directing us to the local Wal-Mart. It us just down the road.
