The staff are beautiful and friendly. The facilities and amenities are complete, comfortable, and cozy. The luxurious rooms come with standard double beds. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel's location is easy to find, right in the center of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street.

We chose this hotel in the Tianhe business district for our family trip to Guangzhou, and its location was truly a huge plus. It was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and taking the subway, with many malls nearby. This saved us a lot of hassle when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to constantly trek back and forth. The room was quite spacious, so our family never felt cramped. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The mini-fridge in the room was a godsend for families with young children; we could store milk, fruit, and drinks, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The hotel's Lucky robot was a fun novelty, delivering items to our room. It was novel and entertaining, and our child absolutely loved it, staying excited the whole time. The staff were gentle, friendly, attentive, and patient, always responding promptly to our inquiries. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, and the common areas were neatly maintained. It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the housekeeping team and front office, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location is another great advantage. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to find food, shop, and explore the area without needing transportation.

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

Overall, the room was quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a subway station, Nantou Ancient City, and a bus stop all nearby. The smart features in the room were easy to use, and there were two adorable kittens in the lobby. The overall experience was pretty decent.

Great location with lots of food choices around. Hotel staffs from front desk to cleaning ladies were all very proactive to assist us. As we did place order for some parcels to be delivered; they have given us clear procedures to ease the waiting time needed. Love this. If is your first time to Guangzhou, do give this hotel a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very satisfying stay. I stayed in a Deluxe Select Twin Room (high floor). Trip.com stated floors 16-20, but my room was on the 15th floor. The room was incredibly spacious. Even with a family of four, the twin room wouldn't feel crowded. The overall decor maintains JW Marriott's consistent sophisticated business style, with wood finishes and warm lighting. While not the latest design trend, it exudes quality and is exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable yet upscale atmosphere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress offered excellent support, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. The room was equipped with a sofa, desk, and coffee table, making it convenient for both business and family travel. The extra-wide floor-to-ceiling windows provided ample natural light, and with soft lighting at night, the ambiance was wonderful. The bathroom was spacious, featuring marble design, a separate bathtub and shower, ensuring true wet/dry separation. The vanity area was ample, with exquisite craftsmanship in the details. Overall, it fully met the standards expected of a high-end hotel. Additionally, the wardrobe and storage space were very generous, equipped with a safe, bathrobes, mini-fridge, and other amenities. Highlights: * Extra-wide floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious and comfortable room with a well-designed layout. * Excellent bedding quality, providing a great sleep experience. * Luxurious bathroom with a convenient separate bathtub and shower. * Clean and tidy. * Very suitable for business trips and family stays. * Excellent location, approximately a 3-minute walk to Chegongmiao Station Exit J1 on Metro Line 1, making it very convenient to reach Futian, Luohu Port, and other areas. * All hotel staff were very warm, polite, and professional, reflecting JW Marriott's consistently high standards. My only minor suggestion: The hotel is generally very well-maintained, but if some in-room facilities could be upgraded in the future, I believe the stay experience would be even more perfect. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Several of my colleagues frequently stay here, and the service at this hotel is truly excellent and thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

This hotel's service and environment definitely exceed 5 stars. Aside from waiting a while for the elevators, there's really nothing else to complain about. I have to say, this is probably the most satisfying hotel we've ever stayed in. The smart room was clean and spacious, with a large TV and basically everything you could need. The bedding, pillows, and sheets were all very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep every day. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, and after washing, the staff even helped us take the clothes out to dry. They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper daily. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is located right at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and Big Buddha Temple is visible right outside the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. There's also a small supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Ultimately, we extended our stay by two more nights. We even changed our subsequent travel plans just to stay two extra nights. Every day, we were touched by their thoughtful small gestures. I remember one day I bought yogurt back, and the next day I took the room card out when leaving, cutting off the power. When the cleaning lady serviced the room, she even inserted the card to turn on the power and the air conditioning, so the room was always cool when we returned to the hotel.
