Excellent service and a great environment. They even provide breakfast pastries and late-night snacks! All the staff are wonderful, and they can even help with parcel collection. It's close to Beijing Road, so getting around on foot is very convenient. ❤️❤️

I picked Mehood Lestie after a good research as it's just 2 min to Guangzhou East Railwaystation and we stayed before our trip Chaoshan and returning to the same hotel. They allowed us to deposit our luggage during our interval nights away. Elena at the front desk was efficient and extended our check-out and we're very grateful, helpful staff with pleasant attitude. They recommended a nearby hospital as I wasn't feeling too well. They helped us to navigate the Didi. The room was also very clean, including the floors and the corners of the bathroom, and there were no unpleasant odors. The mattress had a good balance of firmness and softness, and after a long day out, Islept really well. The soundproofing was decent too, and it was fairly quiet at night. The voice controls for the lights and curtains were convenient, and the hot water runs quickly with strong water pressure. I didn’t expect there to be free afternoon tea, and being able to have a hot bowl of beef noodles late at night was a really nice bonus. There’s also a self-service laundry room and a gym available for guests. Breakfast is repeated and would love to have more variety and replenishing the food fast. Nevertheless, it's easy to find food nearby, and getting a taxi is convenient. Overall, amenities and location is a plus, comfortable, and we were well taken care of. For the price, it's value for money.

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

The overall room experience was excellent. The decor was simple yet stylish, with warm tones that looked very inviting, and the lighting design created a great ambiance. The room layout was well-designed, making excellent use of the space. The bed was large, and the bedding looked clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the bathroom design; it was very clean and fresh. The round illuminated mirror was a nice touch, and the vanity area was bright and spotless. The wooden elements in the room, combined with the soft lighting, gave the whole place a very cozy feel, unlike the cold, sterile atmosphere you often find in typical business hotels. The cleanliness was also impressive; the room was very well maintained and spotless. The actual room was pretty much exactly as pictured, and it offered good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The room was modern, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to staying here again!

I was really impressed with the hotel's environment and facilities during my stay. The lobby was clean and grand as soon as you walked in, and the public areas were regularly maintained, with no clutter. The guest rooms were spacious with simple, comfortable decor. There were no strange odors when entering the room, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. All the in-room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning was quiet and cooled effectively, the TV had clear picture quality, and the Wi-Fi coverage was seamless everywhere.

Location was great, just opposite Tee Mall and can walk to famous Beijing street and temple which is very vibrant at night with all the food and drinks you need! Taobao collection was easy, they pack for you and service was great - communication via WeChat! Overall, I’m satisfied with the price and what I get!

As an established five-star hotel in Futian CBD, its location is exceptional, within walking distance to Chegongmiao Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. The lobby boasts a low-key yet luxurious design, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and feature a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The mattress is soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team; the Guest Relations Specialist was patient and thoughtful, efficiently responding to all our needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with authentic Cantonese dim sum. The gym and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless; the Marriott standard is definitely upheld. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!
