The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The lobby is clean and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has a separation between wet and dry areas, there’s a complete range of household appliances, excellent sound insulation, and after a long day of traveling, you can simply lie down and rest, fully alleviating travel fatigue. In particular, I would like to give sincere praise to two staff members: Xiao Qiu at the front desk, who was highly efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures, with a gentle and patient demeanor. She provided detailed explanations about the hotel’s facilities and breakfast times. She also proactively recommended local attractions and culinary routes. When we had questions, she responded promptly and kindly throughout our stay. Lucky, the room service staff, worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring daily cleanliness was thorough. He promptly replenished amenities and even tidied up the workspace when we brought personal items with us. He was low-key yet professional. The breakfast menu was diverse, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western flavors. The housekeeping and security personnel were courteous as well. The entire hotel’s service lacked the impersonal, assembly-line feel, demonstrating genuine care in every aspect. As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

Environment: Transportation is really convenient, the subway is very close, and there are good places to eat all around. Service: The front desk staff were quite proactive.

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

This is a great hotel that offers a quiet escape in a bustling area. The surroundings are clean and the location is excellent. The rooms are modern and smart, easy to use, and come with comprehensive amenities. The cleanliness is spotless, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is professional and attentive, and the breakfast quality is good. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money.

Location is superb, 2nd to none along the touristy Beijing Pedestrian Street with restaurant located on the 5th floor. There are tonnes of good dim sum restaurants within walkable distance and attractions like big buddha temple within reach as well. I would also like to personally compliment the front desk personnel 钟思晴 who has been very helpful in digging through the huge loads of parcels when I have minimal information about the parcel that was sent to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay, probably will return again but not during the hot and wet seasons.

This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

The front desk staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, and the shower had a separate wet and dry area. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to MixC and Uniwalk, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Water Buffalo Milk Queen. Plus, there are plenty of BBQ joints and dessert shops nearby. My mom and I stayed in a king-size room for five days and had a very satisfying experience! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Overall, a great stay. The hotel is ideally located in Futian CBD, surrounded by unique dining options and with convenient transport links. The stunning panoramic views of Shenzhen's vibrant nightscape are truly a luxurious experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and high-end service, and the food selection was plentiful. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure vacations!
