Ulasan Club Hotel

The hotel is very dirty, especially the bathroom is extremely dirty. The shower room is full of mold, the hair dryer is broken, and it is full of dust, and it is connected by tape. Reception staff has no smile, real cold service. The room is very small, there is only a sheet on the bed, no duvet cover (found the duvet in the closet later but it wasn't very clean). The bed was extremely hard but bouncy, very strange and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is so poor that you can't even open the video. Not recommended at all. It's a waste of money. It's a disappointment for the trip.....

Cheap and cheerful hotel in Mestre, 30 min walk to venezia mestre station but with bus stop right outside easy to get to venice for the day. basic room but clean and tidy, staff are friendly.

Всё понравилось . После негативных отзывов готовилась к худшему. Все оказалось выше ожиданий. Чистая отремонтированная комната без всякой "живности" . Дальность от ж.д.станции Местре и Венеции оказалась не существенной, так как в 10 м от отеля автобусная остановка с понятным расписанием, до Венеции ездила за 1,5евро на 8Е в 07-50 и 08-20. С утра ходит 5-6 автобусов до Венеции, надо внимательно читать расписание( до Венеции с буквой FиE(последний с утра в 09-20). До ж.д. Местре 8AE и 31H. Я уезжала утром и приезжала в отель вечером, соответствие цена-качество. Конечно остановлюсь снова.

Séjour très confortable dans le club hôtel, le service est impeccable et les gens de la réception fort sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel qui se situe proche de la gare de mestre.

This is a very good 3* hotel. I was here with some friends for the Venice carnival and we got 7 rooms. At the beginning I was a little concerned because this hotel has some bad reviews but immediately when we got there we were welcomed by very nice and polite girls. They did everything to make our stay perfect and I want to thank them. This hotel is very clean, the rooms were small but perfect for the price, very confortable. The heating system was functional making our rainy days very cozy and warm. In the morning there is a coffee machine and if you need something to eat there is a Lidl very near. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and bus number 8E takes you directly to Venice Piazzale Roma. Also in front if the hotel is the bus station to the Train station Mestre and there you can get a but to thw airport (11 euro). Perfect location, very good price, clean, warm and cozy. Elevator worked perfectly. Thank all the receptionists for being fantastic!!! Will definitely come back here when visiting Venice!

I could not sleep due to a terrible noise at night I left … I asked for a refund and it was not allowed It was their fault This place is far from the touristic Venezia During non rush hours it takes 40 minute to arrive to the touristic areas During rush hours one hour and more Mestre is not Venezia… it is a little town apart The place for one night with a car could work… no more

It is convenient with a bus stop just outside the hotel. It is an average hotel in a quiet area

No air conditioning, terrible bed, very small and not that clean. Staff was not friendly

The staff was top notch and was happy to assist with anything I needed.

Overall OK for one night stop only. We didn't get two blankets when booking a double room with two beds so we had to share. Could be abit cleaner, old socks from earlier guest left in the room.
