Overall a very nice experience. Pure relaxation and an amazing hotel! The private pool really was great! Highly recommend

The best experience of Bali and it’s hospitality. From location, to the golf car ride, from the wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner to the nature, it was experience that left us happy inside. There is free shuttle to the Ubud centre at designated time. Villas themselves are gorgeous, ours was Mountain view and absolutely loved the morning view of Batur volcano. Private Pool and the jacuzzi was fantastic to be active. Food is deliciously served with the top Bali service with smile. Felt always at home with their fine hospitality. Breakfast options are fantastic, though didn’t have lunch, the dinner experience was top notch. High tea was also a good surprise. They helped us with arranging good tour of Ubud and surroundings and the final day we enjoyed the complimentary photo shoot and loved it so much. The attention given to your needs is the best we enjoyed. My wife being a vegetarian, they always remembered to provide the right recommendations (they have a separate vegetarian menu). All in all our stay at “The Samaya, Ubud” was the best decision for 2022. Will always recommend it for stay in Ubud.

Friendly and personable service

We really enjoyed our stay with our 1.5 years old. All the staff are very attentive and friendly! We stayed there for 4 days and we were so relaxed. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. And don’t forget to try their spa!! It was soooooo good!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Samaya Ubud. We spent 3 nights at the Ayung Villa and did not want to leave! The villa is very spacious, clean and well maintained – with just the right balance between modern and Balinese style decor. The bathroom is huge and equipped with a private jaccuzi. There is also a 1.8m-deep private swimming pool that is quite large. The hotel consists of a number of villas and they are a fair distance away from the reception area, but a buggy service is provided to transport guests back and forth from their villas. The Samaya Ubud has a beautiful scenery and is centrally located, it is only about 15-minute drive away from local attractions such as the Ubud Monkey Forest and Saraswati Temple. A free shuttle service from the hotel to Ubud Central is provided. The service was impeccable, every single one of the staff that we met during our stay was extremely friendly and helpful. We had informed the hotel that we were visiting Bali to celebrate my birthday / our honeymoon, and they provided us with complimentary wine, decorated our room with flowers, and even surprised me with a cake on my birthday (right after we checked out & just before we left!) We felt very well looked-after throughout our stay here and we could tell that they truly served from the heart. One of the highlights of our stay was the romantic candlelit dinner at the Swept Away restaurant overlooking the Ayung River. The 7-course dinner was delicious, and the staff were very attentive throughout the dinner. We couldn’t finish everything and they helped to pack the remaining food and delivered them to our room. The dinner set up was very beautiful – the staff went above and beyond with the set up, placing 100 candles around the dining area, even at the riverbank! They also kindly helped us take many photos and videos to capture this unforgettable moment. We really loved our stay at The Samaya Ubud, and we are hoping to go back there one day. 是一個完全可以放鬆的適合度假的酒店！ 酒店位置很好，有接駁的商務車往來烏布市集，可以購物和用餐，酒店同時位於河畔，河流、梯田景觀盡收眼底，還可以沿河漫步；早晨和孩子一起參加了酒店組隊的免費的稻田徒步，帶有講解，講解員還為所有人員揹着礦泉水，服務很好；酒店的SPA非常出色且性價比高，位於河畔，技師手法很好，令我形象深刻；酒店的早餐廳景觀美麗且空間寬敞，是點餐制，味道非常不錯，選擇豐富；酒店提供很多增值服務，有歡迎水果，接駁車，徒步和騎行，還有免費的下午茶，可以選擇在河畔或者房間享用；每一位服務員都態度很好並且歡迎孩子。唯一可以改進的是因為酒店建成時間已經較長，個別細節處的衞生還可以做的更好。 房間自帶的泳池有1.8m深但是非常乾淨，酒店還為我們提供了成人的游泳圈，一家人可以每天放鬆地在泳池玩水。 總之，是一個非常完美的度假選擇，我們還會再次回到這裏。

酒店坐落於烏布山林中，住客酒店內步行即可至Ayung River河畔，輕鬆享受河邊美景，並且可以在河邊做SPA放鬆。早餐廳享有秀麗的大片稻田景觀，Villa有管家服務，且泳池很乾凈。酒店還有免費的晨間漫步活動，非常贊。略顯不足的是房間內設施略顯老舊，部分設施衞生狀況還有進一步提升空間。

堪稱完美的一家酒店，入住samaya之前住的是三四倍價格的ayana villa，samaya的服務、餐飲完全不輸，細緻入微，特別推薦samaya的餐廳，完勝烏布其他所有餐廳，炒蔬菜甚至有鍋氣，最大程度滿足中國胃

酒店特別好，服務態度很好，早餐都是自己點的，現做的味道很好以後有機會還會去噠

這個酒店位置很不錯，蚊蟲也控制的很好，泳池很深。
