Room was clean great location just 2 min walk from station easy to reach Venice island

It was a room in a house! Like a hostel. Calling themselves a hotel and charging an arm and a leg!The towels and sheets were clean . They even had a community kitchen. There was a fridge, a microwave and a water heater in the room with a single .Unplug point for all three! Unplug one to use the other .

We arrived early (around 9:30 am) even though we knew checkin time isn't until 14:00, to ask if we can leave our bags until then. This was no problem. Then we even got upgraded to a better room (we booked a room without private bathroom and got one with) so we wouldn't have to wait until 14:00 for our check-in since we were tired from our long trip, and were able to check in at 11 already. That helped us a lot. The place isn't fancy but it's super affordable and we got a room with private bathroom, airconditioning, TV, daily cleaning and fresh towels/sheets, comfortable beds and super friendly and helpful staff. The location is also great since it's close to Mestre station. Great if you need an affordable place to stay in Venice!

A good experience, staff were extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The parking was onsite, gated with security camera. Overall very safe. The room was spacious, clean, with a big balcony. The bathroom was shared. It was clean and new, however there were problems with the drainage from the shower as it was rather slow. Overall definitely worth the price and recommendable for short stays.

Ho prenotato la struttura a febbraio 2023, più di 8 mesi prima del soggiorno, proprio per non incorrere in problemi. Alla mattina del mio arrivo vengo contattato telefonicamente dal proprietario, che mi dice di avere avuto un problema di overbooking, quindi sarebbe stato necessario spostarmi in un’altra struttura a 2 km di distanza. Dopo avergli spiegato che per me sarebbe stato un problema allontanarmi per motivi logistici, gli chiedo per quale motivo debba proprio essere io a cambiare appartamento, vista la mia prenotazione effettuata con tanto anticipo… mi viene risposto c’è gente che prenota ancora prima, e quindi avrebbero avuto la priorità (chissà perché non se n’è accorto nei mesi precedenti…). Morale: io sono rimasto senza la mia prenotazione (siamo in 4, con 2 bambini…) mentre ero in viaggio il giorno stesso, lui ha trovato evidentemente acquirenti che pagavano di più. Disonesto. Poiché il proprietario risponderà accampando scuse e inventandosi cose non vere, mentre io non avrò più diritto di replica, sappiate che è tutto vero.

El trato inmejorable. La chica que te atiende es simpatiquísima. La habitaciones están muy bien. Lo único malo para mí es la zona. Los alrededores de la estación y el parque de al lado es un poco inseguro. Pero la situación es inmejorable, justo al lado de la estación y de un mercado.
