Holiday visit, chose to stay near airport rather than walk around in old town at night. Hotel was ok but not outstanding, decent room, staff tried hard, but services and hotel a bit tired.

The staff were all fantastic and very helpful at dealing with our requests, helping us book taxis etc. The room was clean and pleasant with a nice bathroom and shower, the continental breakfast buffet was great and the views from the pool were great. The booking system for the pool meant you had a guaranteed slot but could only use it once a day. It is a shame that it costs so much money to use the beach, particularly paying $50 for two sunbeds when there's only one of you. I would happily stay again if you could use the private beach for free as a guest.

This hostel is understaffed, so don't expect much in terms of service. Facilities are decent and they have theme nights which is fun. The private room with attached bathroom that we chose was HUGE and could probably accomodate another 4 people easily.

酒店位置不錯，雖然沒有自己的海灘，但馬路對面就是一個小小的免費公共浴場，有淋浴。旁邊是收費浴場，租兩把椅子一把傘，一天70歐😱 也太誇張了吧，我們自己買了一把陽傘和一張席子才35歐就在公共浴場安營紮寨也挺好。旁邊小鎮的海灘條件好一些，價格也才45歐一天。 訂的海景房，兩面大陽台景色很好。 樓頂的酒吧景色好，15歐一杯雞尾酒，但送了小吃，還不錯👌

Ottimo 4 stelle ubicato nel porto antico a due passi dal centro storico di fronte all'acquario. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone e vista sul porto e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia per la pulizia che per l' ampio spazio a disposizione, compreso nella camera 4 capsule di caffè Lavazza con relativa macchina , una bottiglia d'acqua da 1/2 litro oltre ai vari infusi da usare con il bollitore. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la sala da pranzo arredata molto bene in stile nave con cime e inserti di vele ma non invadenti. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e ottimi ingredienti, cappuccino o caffè fatti al momento e serviti al tavolo. Anche se per una notte è un esperienza da ripetere

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante. It was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location and unparalleled hospitality this luxurious hotel offered. The hotel is in a magnificent historical villa, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the spectacular Ligurian Sea. The breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque town of Sestri Levante made my stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, attentive to my every need throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. We had a fabulous 1 night stay in he Manuelina Taste Hotel. So glad we did, it's a gem. Just a 15 min walk from the sea front and near to motorway access. It's a Ligurian treat. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The Manager Andrea was very informative and had excellent local knowledge. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the excellent Bistro. The food was prepared and presented to perfection, very reasonably priced and so very good. If we lived nearby we would be eating there often. The decor and the atmosphere in the Bistro complemented the wonderful food. I'm so pleased that I booked to watch the fantastic Recco Focaccia ”IGP” being prepared and cooked. Giancarlo is a master of his trade and the demonstration was informative, fun and VERY DELICIOUS. The Focaccia is SO GOOD. So good that I ate more in the Bistro later ! Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. We look forward to returning to this gem and eating the Ligurian specialities plus enjoying Giancarlo's Focaccia again. Compliments to all the staff.

Bilik yang bagus dan sangat luas lokasi struktur dan di kawasan yang sangat selesa. Kakitangan yang sangat baik dan mesra. Terdapat hanya dua nota negatif kecil penghawa dingin agak terlalu tinggi kedua-duanya sebaik sahaja kami tiba di dalam bilik dan kemudian sekali lagi keesokan harinya di bilik sarapan. Jika saya mampu memberi nasihat tentang sarapan pagi, mungkin keluarkan beberapa croissant dan letakkan focaccia dan buah-buahan kering. Tetapi keseluruhan struktur yang baik yang saya cadangkan
