Adjacent to the airport with only a short taxi ride required over, we paid 25 euros for this for 6 of us with 12 pieces of luggage as we were returning from. Ski holiday. This is a converted monastery, but it is extremely clean and modern. The approach is misleading as it is through a relatively shabby residential area, but the hotel is great once there in its own grounds. Rooms are a good size very modern, very clean and a great bathroom with shower. The bar area is small with only bottled beer, but it was Moretti, so fine by me. Good Prosecco, and I’m sure any other drinks you would like. Free crisps provided. We booked in the hotel restaurant which on this Saturday night was quite bust with a number of locals in. I believe this restaurant is not actually the hotels but in the same building. It has a special meal for Jet hotel guests at 25 euros each. You get a choice of 2 courses, a desert, a glass of wine ( including Prosecco) which was a decent measure. Coffee was also included if you wanted it. Breakfast was truly excellent, in the best traditions of an alpine breakfast. The sausage and bacon and pretty normal reconstituted scrambled egg the only let down. All this for a price of 93 Euros per room including tourist tax. This will vary I’m sure according to demand, but it could be higher and still good value. The one lady on reception, who also ran through to the bar, ( presumably as the hotel was undeservedly quiet) was excellent with good English. Worth noting that Covid passes were required but no issue as we were fully prepared. A very good finish to our holiday prior to flying home the following day

When we visited Italy for the Eurovision Song Contest, we stayed at Diamante MHotel for two nights. The first thing we noticed is how extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming everyone from the hotel is. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the themed rooms; the bathroom is stunning and the whole room is spotlessly clean, with fresh towels, linens, and the usual grooming kits available. We had a great night's sleep because the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and we had a jacuzzi in our room, which was a wonderful luxury for our time away from home. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping the entire hotel spotless. We ate breakfast in the hotel, and the breakfast staff was once again friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it: fruit, hot food, cereal, delicious pastries, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. We also took the Metro into Turin, which was very easy and convenient. The receptionist advised us on where to get on and off.

Siamo stati in questo hotel una notte per visitare Zoom Torino. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, colazione abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata, anche con cose preparate al momento. Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo a causa del brutto tempo non abbiamo potuto provare le bellissime piscine, di cui una con scivoli. Se torneremo in zona, soggiorneremo senz'altro qui.

Excellent clean hotel in super location right beside the Train station in the centre of Turin. The hotel staff are Fantastic, especially the staff working at reception. Sara was amazing, I called the hotel a few weeks in advance of our stay to confirm the secure on site parking and she was very helpful on the phone. She even remembered me when I mentioned the phone call to her. That is customer service!! Check in was easy and smooth, the man at reception even provided a local map with restaurants marked out that the hotel recommend. The room was big with a street view. Overall, very clean, safe & secure parking and amazing staff. Thank you for your Hospitality.

Stayed here for five nights, and very happy with our choice. Convenient for the main station, and with a bus stop right outside, it was easy to get anywhere. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a balcony to sit out on. Great shower in the bathroom. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely choose it again.

One night stay here. Diamond status recognised at check in and breakfast offered as welcome amenity. Receptionist was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Booked a standard room and was upgraded to a King Suite - same room we had a couple of years ago. Room was spacious and the bed - two singles pushed together - was really comfortable. Decent sized bathroom with large bath (shower over) bidet and large space at sides of the sink to put toiletries. Air con worked well to cool the room down and keep it warm. Breakfast was good - varied selection of fruits, yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, bread, jam, honey, cheeses as well as hot bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans. Self serve coffee machine wasn’t giving all options but waiter made us a couple of lovely cappuccinos. Ample parking at the side of the hotel. A few spaces in the open air and then loads of space underground. Lift from car park to reception area.

İş sebebiyle ziyaretim için konakladım. Kongre merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olması çok büyük avantaj oldu. Otel tertemiz, personel çok ilgili. Kahvaltı g***t başarılı idi, seçenekler bizi mutlu etti, lezzetliydi. Hemen yanımda bir avm var. Şehir merkezine taksiyle 15 dakikada gittik, metro istasyonuda çok yakınmış ama biz yorgunduk otelden direkt taksi tercih ettik. Tavsiye ederim memnun kaldım.

Hotel really nice and spotless, room very spacious, had 2 balconies one of which was huge, room cleaned daily, Staff helpful and Friendly, nice bar and barman was great, location to everywhere excellent, I agree with some of the reviews concerning the area outside of the hotel, there is some homeless etc that hang around but to be honest they never bothered us, I certainly didn’t see anything that suggested drug users etc as other reviews have put, didn’t put us of going out in the evening and walk-in back, would recommend this hotel

Right in front of Torino Porta Nouva station, tram and bus stops. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Wonderful breakfast.
