very nice experience: convenient location, close to the main island with frequent shuttle. Very friendly staff. Nice and well designed room. You feel like having your own island!

We stayed the night of June 27th before a flight the next morning. The hotel seemed relatively clean and fine for our purposes; however, when I got home, I found that they charged my credit card an extra $60.29. When I inquired, I was told that I was charged the normal city tax, a fee for the shuttle and $20/person for breakfast. When we checked in, the receptionist asked if we wanted to use the shuttle, but did not mention anything about a fee. I would have paid that anyway, but I'm very frustrated about the breakfast. I asked what time breakfast was served the night before as we had an early flight. I was told 6:00am, but there was no mention of a fee. When we sat down in the breakfast area, we were not asked our room number and the hostess didn't mention anything about a fee. She did take our coffee order. The breakfast was extensive, but I only grabbed a yogurt. My sister had a small plate with some pastries and yogurt. Had I known that there was a $20 charge, I would have steered clear. The hotel claims that there is a notice posted in the elevator and at the entrance. We saw nothing... I'm very disappointed that they refused to remove or discount this charge. $20 is ridiculous for a yogurt and cup of coffee in any circumstances.

The lpcation was great. We stayed for one night in a triple room. The room looked like it had not been used in ages as there was dust all over the place and it had not been dusted to prepare for our stay. The bathroom was average. It was fine and spacious enough for up to 4 people. The staff are okay too.

The best thing about this hotel is the location as it is on the water and the water bus docks in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is cozy; the room was very pretty with red and gold furnishings. Windows look out at the water which is nice and they welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco. We stayed here 3 nights and found out that the room was not super functional. To start, there are not enough electrical outlets; the coffee machine is placed on the table but the cord does not reach the outlet so you have to move it to the opposite wall to the outlet closer to the floor. The thermostat sometimes worked, sometimes did not. The shower is large but has half a glass door and almost the entire floor of the bathroom gets soaked during the shower. Small inconveniences but for how much this hotel costs, it's not ideal. They were quite attentive in getting us extra towels etc. Also, it rained the entire first day and the hotel provided plenty of sturdy umbrellas.

A very large hotel, excellently maintained, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Quite large rooms, as well as bathrooms, very well equipped Diversified and very good quality breakfast. Conference rooms, fitness room, spacious parking lot, extensive private garden. Minuses - the rooms do not have balconies, and the hotel is more difficult to access by public transport. All in all, a very good hotel - I recommend it.

Lokasinya bagus apabila memasuki Pulau Venice. Kemudahan, peralatan tempat tidur, dan lain-lain bersih dan saiz biliknya bagus. Saya mengesyorkannya jika anda tidak mahu berulang-alik ke pusat bandar Mestre tetapi hanya berulang-alik ke pulau. Sarapan pagi sangat ringkas.

Sauber und modernes Hotelzimmer. Ausreichend Platz. Langsames Wifi. SmartTV mit schnellem Internet.

瑞吉酒店的服務非常好，工作人員熱情、周到，絕對是5星級的服務，設施衞生和環境也是一流的，而且離聖馬可廣場特別近，走過去2分鐘左右就到了，當然價格是有點貴的，但貴的合理。這是我在威尼斯非常美好的一次回憶，下次來還會住這裏。

The location was quite good because, it was very quiet and safety around the hotel we actually walk a little it was so nice, but it’s quite far away from the station bus is kinda difficult to go Venice city, other than that, it was good location , they also have Lidl close to the hotel. And hotel staff were nice too. And the room was so nice ! And it was very clean! It was was really comfortable staying 😆 but just one problem was sink was always leaking, so it was impossible to flow water all the time! Other than that, it was so nice:) thank you so much 😊
