Archontiko Metsovou Luxury Boutique Hotel

Gastvrijheid van Georgios en zeker ook zijn vrouw, was top! Voeg daarbij een stunning view en een overheerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, wat maakt dat dit voor ons een super goed verblijf was. We hebben zo zin om nog eens terug te keren!

We stayed one night and found the location of the hotel excellent, as well the service. The service minded staff guided us to the garage, conveniently located under the hotel. The reception and rooms can be reached by elevator directly from the garage. We found the rooms spacious, with either massage bathtube or massage shower. Also with fantastic view over the mountains on the other side of the valley. Some rooms have balcony. The breakfast was very good. We recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience ! The hotel is very beautiful and located 2 min walking from the center . Rooms are very warm , equipped with everything you need and cleaned everyday. Breakfast is EXCELLENT ... homemade and delicious ! Going back for sure !! Many thanks to Iorgos and Dimitra for the hospitality !

We chose this hotel with my wife for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We were amazed by both the hotel and Metsovo itself. I really liked the hotel's atmosphere. It preserves a traditional note, very well decorated. In my opinion, if you stay at Metsovo, this is not the place to stay at a "very modern" hotel-whats the shake of it? I'm not saying that Archontiko Metsovou is not modern-it is, a lot. However I very much liked that they well preserved traditional notes: the great lobby with the fireplace on the left, in the centre of an entire different living room, lets say, makes you feel welcome and "like home" in the first place. I very much liked the view from our room. We got 201 for one night and 208 for three. Especially 208, which I think was more expensive, was amazing: You get a unique view at the mountains on the other side! I mean, it's in your plate, all over! Great view. And if the place is covered with snow, as we had the luck to experience for the biggest part of our journey... the scenery is magic. From the room itself, and also from the place where the breakfast is served. I think that all hotel's rooms have a view at the mountain, it's built that way-I think. I loved the fact that there was a fireplace in our room-both rooms. And I also liked the fact that there was no charge for the extra wood. I mention that because I've been in some other winter destinations in Epirus (not Metsovo) and the extra wood was charged... unaccepatble. We slept very well, room was hot enough. Nice bed, matress and pillows. Warm environment in both rooms we stayed. Fast elevator to the lobby. There is also an indoor parking lot for your car! That's another extra. The owners were very, very nice people. They were polite, trying to fulfill every wish we had. Always there to ask you if you need everything or if you are having a good time. They were professional enough, but also very warm people. I liked them. I bvery much liked also the spa. Big jacuzzi, I mean big enough to easily fit two people inside without being stuck one another. It was big, bigger than normal, and the hydromassage was also extraordinary. Great sauna, also. Liked it a lot. I very much likes the place and I would definetely recommend it and stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Archontiko. Our room (303) had a spectacular view over the mountains, a spa bath and a lovely shower. The breakfast was really good. However, our highlight was the incredible warmth shown by George and his wife. They clearly love looking after their guests. They recommended a local gym to us which was worth its weight in gold. Highly recommended.

Such a welcoming hotel. Very friendly owners Georgos and Dimitria. We will definitely return. They gave us loads of tips on visiting the area and what to see and do. Very clean and stunning views. Did not disappoint.

Very nice owners! I really liked the stay at the hotel. The breakfast was nice and the location ist just 2 minutes from the central square of metsovo. Highly recommandable! We will come back in winter!

With a beautiful view of the impressive mountains of Epiros, this hotel has surpassed our expectations. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, selfowned indoor parking, traditional furnishings, fireplace and jacuzzi in the room, sufficient storage space in the room, elevator, comfortable beds and best of all, great breakfast! A10/10 score!!
