Hotel al cual es sencillo dar con el domicilio del bastante bien ubicado y con atracciones por visitar cerca. La habitación era de tamaño medio de muy buena higiene, ordenada, todo funcionando adecuado, 2 camas matrimoniales muy cómodas, las almohadas muy reconfortantes para un, ideal descanso. La pantalla plana con clara nitidez y de buen tamaño. Agua templada en la regadera en todo momento del día. La atención del personal en recepción muy puntual, cordial al check in y check out con amabilidad te explican a detalle los servicios. Realizamos consumo en restaurante para desayunar, mismo que es de cortesía para socios, muy buensazón muy sabrosos. Con algunas oportunidades mínimas en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

Our airline booked this hotel, about 8 minutes away from Terminal 1. We called from our mobile to the hotel to arrange a free shuttle ride - about 20 minutes and to wait at Puerto 4 on arrivals level and it came. We have stayed in dozens of Holiday Inns’s so our expectations were that it would be fine. This Holiday Inn Mexico Dali is the best one we have ever seen. The building and lobby are stunning and the hotel has everything from a full service restaurant with an extensive menu and at great prices. There is a bar as well. The rooms are very nice - and ours was very comfortable. Room service is 24 hours and as we were forced to stay overnight the airline paid for our meals - room service and the extensive buffet in the morning. The buffet line has many types of fruit, breads, pastry’s, 8 hot trays with very good Mexican offerings including slices of roast beef. There is an egg station for your choice of preparation and many other offerings. We give the 5th star for the Staff - who are very professional and the quality and flavour of the food. I am typing this enroute to the airport in the shuttle which departs the hotel on the hour. This hotel is recommended by CanadianBoys.

Well located in a quiet area near restaurants and a 20 minute walk to several major sites (Diego mural, Alameda Park etc. Lovely ladies at reception, large room with separate seating area, nice linens. Our room overlooked a vacant interior courtyard which certainly made for a quiet stay. Beautiful restaurant/bar pictured is not operating. Only restaurant area is on 6th floor, which has interior and exterior seating. QR codes given to you at check-in allow to view breakfast menu, tv channels and bar menu. At breakfast there are also lunch options. Several restaurants steps away in Washington Square. We walked just a little further on Dinamarca to Asado Argentina great restaurant, highly recommended.
