Ulasan Fiesta Americana Reforma

We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!

酒店很高級，服務很好！

酒店地理位置不錯，很安全，離紀念塔都很近；服務也不錯，但是前台英文有待提高； 吃飯購物都非常方便；對面就是便利店和中餐廳；

대로변에 위치하여 안전하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 11층에 머물렀는데 멕시코시티 뷰가 펼쳐져 좋아습니다~ 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다

非常不滿意的就是服務員的態度，我們的房間包含早餐和晚餐，前台特意告訴我們在22樓就餐。但是每一次無論早餐還是晚餐，到了22樓，甚至都不問我們的房間號和名字，就讓我們去大廳。一翻詢問後勉強讓我們進去。其他人進去就不會出現這種情況，我嚴重懷疑就是歧視。看我們是中國人，就這樣的態度，直到最後一天去吃早餐，根本不問任何問題直接讓我們下樓，也不給理由。我朋友很生氣的和他理論讓他給説法，他也只是道歉，後來服務經理上來道歉。説大廳餐飲更好，所以讓我們下去。我信你個鬼。至於到底什麼原因，他們自己並不會説出來。反正我是不會再去入住了。生一肚子氣，影響心情和工作。 而且很多特殊服務工作者隨意進出酒店，也不會有人管，也許這就是國外開放文化吧。垃圾

El lugar es muy limpio y todos son amables. No comimos en el hotel, pero la atención del bar, estuvo estupenda.
