Location is a bit far from the center. The staffs are not that helpful in terms of the hotel bar.

Excellent stay with friendly staff. Quite close to U Bahn station. Unexpectedly got a Marshall BT loudspeaker that give me a good enjoyment

The overall experience was okay, especially when it comes to customer service the staff were all really helpful and friendly. However it was quite inconvenient that they didn't have a fridge in the room, we had to go to the reception and ask the staff to put our drinks into their fridge when we had drinks we needed to cool and we didn't feel independent because of that.

The hotel had an amazing location, very close to the main munich train station and only a 10-15 mins walk to the marienplat area. However that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Other than that, the room is extremely tiny, and the bed is uncomfortable. There are also NO amenities provided, only shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, but the smell of their toiletries are so strong and off putting that i had to buy my own. Do note there is no fridge, no spoons, no slippers. This hotel is alright if staying alone but as a couple it was so cramped and awful. i would definitely not stay here again

Our galleys also offer complimentary tea stations and a vending machine full of snacks and those little things you tend to forget at home, like toothpaste or an adapter. Insgesamt alles im Rahmen Zimmer war sauber Kaffe und Tee gab es auf jeder Etage in einem separaten Raum.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und außergewöhnlich. Uns hat die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen und würden immer wieder dort buchen wollen.

Alles Top, habe beim check in sogar einen upgrade erhalten. Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt
