Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Really enjoyed the complimentary lounge.

Great location but staff were unhelpful. No consierge for 2/3 days of our stay, room wasn’t very nice. We told the hotel we were on honeymoon and they did nothing at all to make our stay special! Won’t be staying again.

The location is really good, just a short Uber ride away from most of the attractions. My friend and I enjoyed the clean room and the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Nearby is the Angel of Independence.

Not as good as it seems when booking it. The location made up for the lack of comfort. It’s an old, renovated hotel, nothing that feels like a 4-5 starts.

很少寫差評，除非忍不住，這酒店住了4天，酒店一股黴味，鼻炎都復發了，空調跟拖拉機一樣吵，地毯看得很臟，廁所很小。最後因為看錯機票時間，不想搬了，加定了一晚，還升級了套間，結果怎麼的，酒店還停電了，澡都沒法洗，要個拖鞋，説送上來一直等了一個多小時沒反應，前面那個房間搬出的時候落了一雙拖鞋在裏面，當天下午就讓她們找了，下去前台三次最後才拿到。房間半夜來的電，亮的直接沒睡了。早上起來，餐廳又沒電了，頂個小枱燈吃早飯也是絕了，忘了説了，1600的套房空調製冷還有問題，電梯還壞了，退房的時候抗個超大行李箱從八樓爬下來，唯一四星給打掃衞生比較勤快的阿姨吧

位置非常好，附近配套齊全，步行範圍什麼都有。服務也很好。設施有點不足，洗臉盆一開就濺出來，窗户不可開啟，空調不能制暖。

中規中矩，酒店比較老，對標希爾頓，早餐品種挺豐富。總共入住5晚，第四晚説是因為電力公司問題停電一整晚，聞了一晚上酒店備用發電機的柴油味，也不給賠償，據理力爭之下補償了兩份早餐，或許墨西哥酒店的服務就這樣吧
