Ulasan Hotel Marbella

Great location! It's about a 10-minute walk to the best taco shop and other stores. The Hospital General metro station is right next door, making it super convenient to get to the airport. The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I even left my large suitcase at the hotel for five days while I went to the Yucatan Peninsula, and they stored it for free, which was really convenient and secure.

Fantastic stay. Everyone couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is very well located, walking distance to many great restaurants. There are also a few shops right next to the hotel.

Our connecting flight to Guadalajara was cancelled, so we stayed at Hotel Marbella from February 22nd to 23rd. First impressions were positive; the lobby was beautiful, modern, and the concierge was very understanding of our situation. We felt welcomed and safe at this hotel. Unfortunately, what soured our experience with this hotel was room service. I called in to ask for a pair of scissors, to cut pieces of gauze due to my injury. After waiting ~1 hour with no response, we called front desk again. My wounds were openly exposed and I felt very uncomfortable. 20 minutes later, the pair of scissors arrived. We thanked the bellboy, but he stood there and demanded for the scissors again. We're not sure what he meant at first because he only spoke Spanish. We told him we don't speak Spanish, but he didn't seem to care about our situation. We tried to tell him we need the scissors for a longer period of time and will return it later, but he did not speak English or attempt to communicate with us with a good attitude. We used the translator app to tell him that we will return the scissors once we were finished, and we agreed that he will come back to grab the scissors in 10 minutes. The pair of scissors were ridicilously small and dull, and we were stressed out cutting the gauze quickly in 10 minutes. The bellboy came back, but 30 minutes later. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and borderline discrimination. As travelers stranded in an actively unsafe country, this added unecessary stress. This is a time when we should be more kind and understanding towards one another, and this hotel doesn't have values that reflect consistent hospitality for its guests. For this experience and reason, I feel it is impossble to recommend this hotel especially for last-minute travellers.

I really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

Overall, the value for money is great, and the service attitude is excellent. The room looks clean and bright, and the large window offers a nice view. It's also very convenient for getting around, with a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. The only thing to note is that there are quite a few steps at the entrance, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, and the bell staff don't proactively offer help.

The hotel is okay, the bad a little hard which need to take note. Near to bus & metro station with walking 3-5 mins. Parking is free.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!
