One of the worst experiences of my life. The place was hard to find and when we found it we were met by a young girl who blew cigaret smoke in our face. When we asked her if there was a bank or money exchange place close by she told us there wasn't but they exchanged dollar to pesos there and the rate was 15 to 1. Current exchange rate was 16.80 to 1. When we asked the facilities manager the same question he rudely said that's not what they did there. He took us to our "penthouse" and to say the place was dirty, would be an understatement! floors were filthy, couches were old and so stained. the beds and pillows smelled like someone had been using them but they didn't bother to wash the sheets before renting it out. At night the neighborhood is loud. motorcycles run up and down the street, drunk people screaming, husbands beating their wives and breaking stuff with no intention of keeping it quiet. it was terrible. Booked the place for 3 nights and stayed one night. Got out of there and booked a nice hotel after that stay.

Excellent service, clean, closed to metro station, grocery shop, restaurants, etc. Christopher and all the employees are nice and very helpfull. Breakfast is very good, always 2 choices. Thank you so much for everything!

Interesting, quirky place - more a hostel than a hotel. Plastic covered pillows and mattresses, not super comfortable. Not a tourist area - walk 6 blocks to subway. Family friendly cafes in the area all shut around 6pm and it felt a bit edgy after dark, with no restaurants i. walking distance. All made up for by super friendly and helpful staff and a lovely breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay on this place Ernesto has the best customer service he alway opened to help the apartment was clean and comfortable for my vacation employees are friendly make feel in home thanks for all your great service I will be back for sure thanks

I really appreciate everything from this hotel the service was excellent the place was amazing and very quiet you’re treated has a member of this hotel family so I will be back there for my next trip.

No bathroom no showers inside room. Rooms smell bad. Worst hotel I would not recommend

Great property, especially for the price point. The staff was lovely and my partner and I met some lovely people that were staying there as well. I think my only complaint would be the bathroom cleanliness at times, sometimes it smelled very badly and the urinals especially had still matter in them. The beds were 4/10 for comfiness, very firm. Overall, I cannot complain for the price point and the area was walkable to main sights.

This is a Hostel. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bath, laundry and living room. It was extremely clean. The furniture had a few stain but was comfortable. Management used a translation app. on his phone.Breakfast was great. We felt safe. There was a party goings-on the last day and was still going full blast when we ckecked out a 4 am.

Room was great. Area was different than we thought. Stayed for 2 nights to visit the pyramids
