The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

I would not recommend staying at Lennox hotel for the following reasons: 1) the service is just bad, and slow. They seem to be severely understaffed. The front desk especially has no interest in doing anything to make your stay pleasant or easier. There is one receptionist that always spoke to us with a big scowl on her face and as if she was doing you a huge favor to be acknowledging you — she worked in the mornings. 2) there is no room service (in-room dining) and the one time they cleaned our room during our stay, all they did was make the bed. We had to call down for more toilet paper and towels (which we ended up having to go to the front desk for after waiting an hour). 3) the reservation says complimentary nespresso but that is just on the first day, after that they charge over $2 a pod. We actually went to the nespresso store close by and they were shocked at how much the hotel was charging. 4) the rooms are small and incredibly dark. We honestly pulled up the photos from the reservation because we felt we had been scammed. You can do some creative things with camera angles I guess! 5) the pool was nice and sheltered from the wind but there are hardly any seats. They also didn’t allow any outside food at the pool which was pretty annoying. 6) the tv in our room didn’t work. They sent an engineer to fix it, after which it still didn’t work. Overall we were incredibly disappointed with our stay, we will not be back, and I hope others will exercise caution before booking a room at the Lennox.

Muchos problemas con la limpieza de la habitación, la cual dejábamos a las 10 de la maña y a las 6 de la tarde seguía sin hacer. No hay una sala para poder ducharte y cambiarte el día del check out. Personal muy variable en cuanto a la actitud. Muucho q mejorar para lo q cobran!

Primeiro quarto que nós ofereceram estava sujo (tapete sujo, banheiro sujo e muita poeira. Fomos reclamar e nos deram outro limpo. Atendimento não é bom. Depende muito da pessoa que lhe atende. Comida excepcional do restaurante é quarto. Piscina ótima. Local bom.
