Beautiful sleek, elegant room in the Art Deco block, with a large balcony with sea view, separate little sitting area and bath in the bedroom. Lovely first impression to arrive there after a long flight, look at the sea and enjoy some of the bottle of champagne which had been left on ice as a welcome gift! The dishes on the breakfast buffet in Jaya were plentiful and would have been delicious but unfortunately stone cold which seemed a shame. We took a la carte after the first morning which was much better. Extremely loud music at dinner in Jaya meant we couldn’t have a conversation so had to move inside, which again was a shame, though by chance we had a good view of the live show which we hadn’t been expecting! You can walk for miles along a boardwalk just back from the beach.

The costumer service was 10/10. Thank you so much to Ricky the manager of food and beverage for the great service, Jeffrey the director of pool and beach at the W hotel south beach and Rainer the attendant. It was such a relaxing day and best of all we got to see the air show with all the beach necessities you could possibly need provided to us.

Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

Stylish hotel in a Perfect location with all the vibrant bars and clubs right on the doorstep and the beautiful beach just across the road…also Some great spots for breakfast are just a few minutes away. Our room overlooked a side road and the neighbouring bar but we were so knackered at night (and the double glazing helped) to notice any noise. Room was a good size, nice bathroom, with all the facilities you’d expect. The location also makes it great for exploring; we hired bikes for free from the hotel, and an Uber was never more than a few minutes away. Pool was really nice…..small but plenty of room to relax and have a few drinks, there was never a problem grabbing one of the sun beds. The staff were lovely, very helpful, welcoming and friendly which can make all the difference! Great hotel. Would be happy to recommend it and stay here again if we were to come back to Miami

Hotel Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit Zimmer waren groß, modern eingerichtet und vorallem sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Betten gemacht. Allerdings gab es kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Man kommt überall sehr gut hin von dort, sehr gute Ausgangsposition. Leider nur etwas laut, da das Hotel mitten drin liegt. Der das Miami leben sehen will muss unbedingt dahin

Hotel indah dengan bilik luas yang bersih. Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah semasa ketibaan. Tetapi mereka tidak dapat membuat daftar masuk awal dan ada kejadian di mana semua barang-barang rakan saya hilang kerana kakitangan hotel menukar bilik untuknya semasa kami pergi. Diperlukan lebih dari satu jam setengah untuk mencari anggota staf yang melakukan pergerakan itu dan ke mana mereka meletakkan barang-barangnya kerana terdapat perubahan pergeseran dan kurangnya komunikasi yang tepat. Juga ketahuilah bahawa bilik dengan ”akses teras atas bumbung peribadi” sebenarnya tidak peribadi dan mudah diakses dari bilik lain kerana kami mempunyai banyak barang yang dicuri seperti beg tangan dan pembesar suara Bluetooth. Setelah malam risau kami akhirnya bercakap dengan keselamatan pada waktu pagi ketika mereka tiba hanya untuk diberitahu bahawa ada kamera di sekitar hotel tetapi tidak di sana dan tidak ada yang dapat mereka lakukan kecuali menukar biliknya.

Amazing location on Collins Ave between 9th and 10th St. Right in the middle of South Beach without the noise and the crazyness. They offer valet service cheaper than parking on the street. Jonathan greeted us with a glass of champagne and friendly service, check-in was quick and easy. The room was great, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. The food was tasty at the restaurant, the server/bartender Rodney was amazing, he prepared a delicious cocktail tailored to my preferences. Pool area is cosy and the water is heated. Overall a great experience, I came for a quick getaway, but will definetely come back. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!
