Wunderbare Lage für wenig Geld, allerdings auch heruntergekommen und kein zuvorkommender Service.

When I arrived I couldn't belive I got this value for the money I was paying. The hotel is suoer charming, well located and staff beside friendly is interesting, very international and welcoming. Its the hospitality industry at its best, you fell like their guest. Take in consideration that one can pay up to 100USD for a bed in a hostel, in this hotel you get your own room, spacius and confortable , with all the amenities needed for a bit more, but so worth it. I stayed for 5 days, the inside patio is so welcoming that I saw no reasons to go anywhere else and the reception area reminded me of a european museum of fine arts...this place is unique. Even the gates ( golden) make you feel you are arriving to a castle! In my next stay I wont even check other places just go straigh there. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit to Miami beach memorable!

Room smelled like cigarettes and i dont smoke. Room looked like nothing, said they dont have heat even though it was a heat option, and saw a roach my second day there. Worst room i ever stayed at in life. They should have been refunding my money back because they didnt do anything they said they were going to do.

Love the check in very friendly staff, however rooms were very sad for the price to stay. Bathroom tiles are in sad shaoe, no blankets, very small tv

This property is absolutely horrible. Their phone line is disconnected they do not communicate. I arrived and I left 10 min later and they told me they would give me a full refund, so they do not get another horrible review but they lied. I did not receive a refund and now they are being unresponsive. DO NOT STAY HERE.

******* needs to double check with the hotel and update the pictures used on the ******* website. They are very old pictures depicting of how the hotel used to look like at the beginning probably. Holes/cracks everywhere. In the walls, doors, floors behind the tv etc. The only good thing was the cleaning staff very friendly and helpfull, the shower and toilet were very old but OK (enough water pressure) and the AC was working. Of the 11 nights maybe 3 when the wifi was out. Other than that it was an OK stay. But I would not recomment it in this state….

To solve for a night is ok, but it doesn't have blankets and the front door is easy to access and anyone can enter that I didn't like.

This place was a nightmare. The service was terrible and unfriendly. It was like they were not running a business at all and I was inconveniencing them. Nobody cleaned the rooms and I asked everyday. The bed had stains on sheets and even on the headboard. It was so gross. I had to go and get my own clean towels from the front desk. Zero service here. It was so bad I wouldn’t even tell my local friend where I was staying because it was so embarrassing.

The pictures on line are from when they first opened up I'm guessing because when i got to my room it didn't look nothing like in photos and there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room trash was piled in a coner of the entrance on my floor i was cold asked for a extra blanket and they didn't have any i was told tv are very small and mattress very old the middle of mattress sinks in was not happy at all will never ever go back no way..Only thing i liked was the area the area where is located is nice thays the only thing
