Its good because beach just at front of Hotel and staffs did respond as soon as guests requests but not so good amenities with that price

Aside from the hotel being old and not well maintained, the dirt from the carpet, the dirt on the room floor, the smoking by the other guests (even though it’s “prohibited”), the stains on the towels and bedsheets, the musky smell on the blankets, the ongoing construction right in front of the hotel and the lack of free parking on site will all be the reasons why we will not be staying at this hotel again. The only good thing about our room was the oceanfront view. Definitely not worth the $500 spent for two nights.

The hotel is nothing what it is advertised at all. The rooms are horrible. The bathroom is like a closet not anything what was advertised and the shower half way works.

No hotel parking. Have to use public parking and good luck finding something close. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrible, hotel was dirty, Rooms were just as bad. Blankets had an odor. Spit (or something) in the elevator. Windows in the room could have been easily removed! Some of the hotel staff was rude. Overall very sketchy. I’ve stayed in many different hotels but this was the worst by far. Pictures of the site are very deceiving.

We had an amazing experience even though most of the reviews are deceiving. On our way to the hotel we called to let them know we will be getting there a little later then expected and they were so understanding and helpful. Upon arriving the hotel smelled amazing and super clean, Richie was the one who help us check in and was so helpful and gave us lots of information. Getting to our room the ac wasn’t working having 2yr we asked for help and in 5min someone came to look at the ac and 10min we where in a better ocean view room with everything working. All workers were so nice and welcoming. The elevator does take a few to get down and up but I’m lazy I didn’t have a problem waiting. Overall for the price and location I give 10/10. Recommend 100

The pictures looked nothing like the actual hotel, first night we were there a pipe broke and threw water everywhere in the bathroom, they gave us a different room but it had a horrible view when that’s now what I paid for, towels had yellow stains on multiple of them.

I’ve been staying here for years now. And although it’s a great location due to accessibility to the beach and the area and many times the rates , I have to say the hotel has been declining past few years. It’s in major need of renovations, painting and modernizing. The hallways rugs need to be replaced. However over all the hotel is one of my constant go to’s for a quick Miami trip.

The construction and their "remodeling" is outrageous. You get put in a whole other building than what you paid for and its disgusting and moldy! They have a lot to do before anyone should stay there!

Started to visit with friends I’m from out of town. There was construction going on in the beach next to hotel housing the view to the beach and forcing you to walk around construction to get to sand and water.
