The gentleman at the front desk was on his first day and was absolutely on point for a brand new employee as well as extremely polite. Check in was quick and the manager helped expedite the hotel keys. Overall great experience start to finish

good location but no housekeeping unless you pay extra. food is good.

這個酒店不要去煮第一不乾淨，床單不換，第二太貴，一個晚上2000塊錢，這還不如國內的兩星，根本就沒有星級的酒店，酒店設施非常陳舊，地板都翹起來，各個地方都生銹了，各種把手生銹，第四服務態度很糟糕。飛機是晚上的飛機，所以想多住幾個小時延遲退房，可是前台説必要麼就是另外額外訂一個晚上，要麼就退房。第五酒吧就在樓下，晚上非常吵。

위치는 아주 좋다고 생각했지만 아쉬운 부분이 다소 있어요. 호텔에 전자레인지 같은 게 구비되어 있지 않았고 무척이나 좁았습니다 그러나 가격이 괜찮았으므로 나쁘지 않았어요. 직원들은 대체적으로 친절했습니다. 호텔 아래에 있는 식당이 짜지 않고 맛이 좋았습니다.

出行方便，步行5分鐘到達海邊，樓下小吃也很美味

El parqueo es complicado pero está bien el lugar para pasar 1 día… la piscina uuuu

Cheap hotel with renovations, they treat customers as numbers instead of guests. Was an ok place to sleep but there was a lot of things to improve.

The people in rooms besides were loud. Not on property. But the room was not as insulated, so made it loud. It was nice though. Would I stay again, Yes!

The location is great, easy access to everything. The buildings are old and smells interesting, The pool is a no go, go to the beach.

I had a comfortable stay. The staff is kind specially Mariela at the front desk. I’d like to mention that the hotel doesn’t have luggage storage as an inconvenient.

Amazing! Fast check in , friendly, absolutely modern and amazing room with tons of stuff inside , I give this place 5*! Totally recommend

It is an old hotel in a busy part of the city, but well maintained. I appreciated the friendly & helpful staff. The lounge area for group visitation. the nearness of a drug store and restruants of every kind near by and the of course the nearness of the Convention Center.

The cleanliness of the floors needs to be improved. The floor in our room was filthy with dust and dirt. The hall rugs were beyond filthy - a cotton swab, along with other debris, laid on the floor for the entire week we were there. The level of cleanliness of everything else was satisfactory, but the floors need addressed. The location was excellent. The pool was immaculate. Staff were pleasant enough, but the floors really take away from the property. It is doubtful I would recommend this property. I am sorry.
