Excellent service and location; Great hotel; Christmas time and very busy - long wait to get car at check out-

We had a (pink) deluxe king room (275 sq/ft) and it was wonderful! We were not in the main building, but we’re a short walk away in the complex. There was a kind porter to help with luggage. The size was just fine for us, and we had plenty of room to store luggage under the bed or on the side of the room. The shower pressure was fantastic and the in room amenities were a wonderful touch. There is a coffee maker in the room with mini bar/fridge. No microwave. Room service breakfast (for a fee) was delicious, and the house coffee was fruity, chocolatey and delectable. Lighting was on the darker side, but people might be forgetting to turn on an overhead light on the ceiling fan. You can do this on the wall switch top button. The furnishings were modern, classy and opulent in the room and in the hotel. I truly felt like I was in the pages of a magazine, but it did not feel stuffy or pretentious at all. Staff were wonderful and helpful. After reading reviews, we brought ear plugs just in case, and we definitely used them. Noise is an issue (hence 4 stars), but if you are prepared for this, it’s not a shock. The hotel is in a fantastic, lively area with great restaurants and shopping, but it can get loud at night on the weekends. Prepare for this, and it won’t be an issue. You are charged for extras you may not use, but we greatly enjoyed the stay even when not taking advantage of the extras. We will definitely be back!

I flew into Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport for just 2 nights. Came in for a dive trip out of Harpoon Lagoon (which I totally recommend as a top dive shop and charter site) out of Miami. Found this hotel accidentally and completely and totally recommend to anyone. First I want to say the location of the hotel was perfect. 30 - 40 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport there is not need to pay more and fly directly into Miami. A quick Lyft and you arrive at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach and definitely Miami Vibe; however, the hotel is located in an area where you can feel the vibe without being in the middle of riff raff. The hotel is a hostel hybrid type. You can rent a bungalow for a say 5 or six or 1 room. I traveled alone so I stayed in a King room in the guest house. The room and facility was excellently clean, friendly, beautiful and I would describe it romantic in ways. It has a restaurant that is right next to the pool. Fabolous full bar and excellent service with very reasonable price for the area. The atmosphere fits just about anyone. You have at night a very up class nicely night life dressed group and also those literally there in bathing suits at the pool. Very unique and very awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. My stay was 2 nights and it was so worth it. I recommend this hotel to anyone and cant wait to bring my girlfriend next time for the experience and romantic atmosphere.

Hotel indah dengan bilik luas yang bersih. Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah semasa ketibaan. Tetapi mereka tidak dapat membuat daftar masuk awal dan ada kejadian di mana semua barang-barang rakan saya hilang kerana kakitangan hotel menukar bilik untuknya semasa kami pergi. Diperlukan lebih dari satu jam setengah untuk mencari anggota staf yang melakukan pergerakan itu dan ke mana mereka meletakkan barang-barangnya kerana terdapat perubahan pergeseran dan kurangnya komunikasi yang tepat. Juga ketahuilah bahawa bilik dengan ”akses teras atas bumbung peribadi” sebenarnya tidak peribadi dan mudah diakses dari bilik lain kerana kami mempunyai banyak barang yang dicuri seperti beg tangan dan pembesar suara Bluetooth. Setelah malam risau kami akhirnya bercakap dengan keselamatan pada waktu pagi ketika mereka tiba hanya untuk diberitahu bahawa ada kamera di sekitar hotel tetapi tidak di sana dan tidak ada yang dapat mereka lakukan kecuali menukar biliknya.

A localização do hotel é surreal, fica bem de frente a praia e eles oferecem toalhas pra levar pra praia. Ele é bem simples mas foi ótimo pra gente, principalmente porque não ficaríamos nele o dia todo. O ruim é que o estacionamento é pago $30

Our room faced the hotel yard so it was quiet. The hotel is basic and dated but it offers great value for the price. Other hotels around are 2-3 times more expensive. The bed comfort could be better. Multiple eateries in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that takes you to South Beach. It takes 15-20 min depending on traffic. We would stay here again.

Demande d’assistance à trip.com pour plusieurs points défaillants à notre chambre à l’arrivée, nettoyage léger sans le plancher lavé, laveuse sécheuse défectueuse, pile du coffre-fort faible, stationnement devenu payant durant notre séjour…on nous a compensé chez trip.com et le gérant de l’hôtel a été très gentil et courtois de nous répondre concernant notre séjour et le stationnement à l’hôtel. Sommes toutes belles vacances en cours et tous les services et la plage à pied, pas vraiment besoin de venir en voiture ici car les autobus sont gratuits sur Miami Beach et il pleut rarement ici. Merci Seaside Hotel, très bel emplacement et rapport qualité prix intéressant malgré les prix en hausse partout à Miami depuis un certain temps. L’hôtel nous a offert de laver notre linge le soir à la réception car le laundry le plus près est à 20 minutes à pied…bon choix d’hôtel et quartier peu bruyant contrairement à South Beach.

最大的優勢是停車方便 酒店馬路對面有一個小的專用停車場 車位挺充足 18美元每天 酒店本身不大 大多數房間都是朝向兩側 衹能看到其他酒店的牆 窗户不能打開 屋裡有點潮 空氣也不是很好 介意這一點的慎重 穿過一樓走廊 走到頭是一個小酒吧 然後通向酒店泳池和沙灘 人相比較南海灘還是少了一些 總結就是 最大的優勢是停車方便 地理位置好 至於房間本身就是個睡一覺的地方

A package sent from eBay was stolen! They received some of my packages at the front desk a few days before my stay, they gave me some of them but one that the post office delivered, they didn't have it, it was lost, it was stolen or they gave it to another guest and they never took care of it . I lost money and the hotel didn't even apologize. It's a shame because the staff's attention is good but no one knew how to deal with the matter, the manager never showed up after repeated requests. Regarding the rooms, they are old, they need renovation, the carpet is disgusting to step on barefoot. The hall is nice, it's a shame they don't offer a decent breakfast, just a thermos with coffee and they have a restaurant incorporated into the hotel.

This is the second time that we stayed at the President Hotel. Last time we were so impressed by Henri and how he took care of us that when we were planning our second trip we knew that was the only place to consider staying. The rooms are immaculate and everyone at the hotel is so friendly. This time when we went to the pool we were fortunate enough to meet Elliott. He couldn’t do enough for us and he ensured that the pool experience was perfect for us. I highly recommend this hotel if you will be in South Beach
